This is a fantastic podcast and this is my favorite episode so far! You can tell both Jordan and Em are passionate about this story. This is a short, detailed story that has a lot to be discussed. I disagree about the “Jetson-y” feel of the community — I think that in order to have a more true dystopian feel it needs to be a more futuristic (or at least to current technology) society. Thanks ladies for your dedication and sharing your talents :-) Also, if you’re reading this before listening, spoiler alert for the books following The Giver.
