• 1 1/2 oz dry gin
• 1/2 oz dry vermouth
• 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
• 1 oz pineapple juice (freshly pressed, if possible)
• 1 wedge of pineapple, for garnish

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and finely strain into a chilled coup glass. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple on the rim.
