Why Your Angst Is Stopping Your Success
Peace of mind is what most if not all of us want but while we try and achieve this, if we have any angst in our lives it's almost impossible to achieve. In this podcast I outline my shock and surprise of just how much brain space I have now I have stopped volunteering at a place that was not at all enjoyable and was stressful to me. I was shocked because I hadn't really made the connection between the amount that is on my mind and the amount of work I can get done. My trigger for this was boredom. Boredom signified that I have nothing negative on my mind so now's the time to fill it with 'stuff' I actually want to achieve.
