Millennials and Gen Zs tend to be fairly impatient as constant instant gratification from social media has made it so that we expect everything else in life to be that way, but that unfortunately is not the case. The solution to achieving personal greatness is to adopt a mindset that you must committed to putting in small and consistent actions to see goals and ideas into fruition.
In this episode we are joined by Sam Demma, who is 19-year-old TEDx speaker and Youth Speaker in the Greater Toronto Area, as well as one of the top 25 under 25 environmentalists in Canada, and the co-founder of the social enterprise PickWaste.
All throughout his life, Sam consistently stepped outside of his comfort zone and he now strives to spread a simple but powerful message - that small consistent actions can lead to massive changes.
