Ugh, I loved doing this episode so much guys!! Huge thanks to Natalie Fink and Zack Rhoades for joining me on this episode! In this segment we discussed the highs and lows of 2019 as well as what were mostly looking forward to as we welcome the next decade. We touch on our mental health this past year, what we've learned about ourselves, and also what we would like to see happen in 2020. I enjoyed this episode in particular, because we collectively talked about the past year in detail rather than the cliche question of them all: What is your New Years Resolution?
