
A Friday Rave is joined by Rawan Arraf, Principal Lawyer and Executive Director of the Australian Centre for International Justice to discuss the Federal Court Order against Defence Minister Richard Marles to disclose the list of documents pertaining to export permits and actual exports to Israel prior to and since October 2023. In the case bought about by Al-Haq, the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights and Al Mezan Center for Human Rights, and represented by represented by the Australian Centre for International Justice and barristers from the Victorian Bar and the New South Wales Bar, the documents must be handed over by the 17th of July 2026.
