Molly Field joins Jessica Harding to share her journey from the University of Kent to a successful career in radio. While studying at university, Molly directed the mockumentary 'Alien Society: The First Communication' as part of a first-year group project. She later submitted it to BBC Upload, where it was broadcast as a radio play, leading to an interview with the BBC.
