We live in an age where looks seem to be pushed more then ever. This episode I give my insight, as well as how I've been feeling just lately. My mental health has had issues just lately and I've had to grow myself to understand myself. As a society we seem to judge how a person is by the look of their social media profile. Social media is tool but how we use it, is up to us.
