Having a heart of Gratitude is a key component to getting more out of your life. Better emotional health, increased self-esteem, improved social skills, which in turn allows for deeper relationships in your life, as well as increased productivity, and decision making. However, maintaining a heart of gratitude is not easy. In this episode I talk about a few different ways to help you maintain a heart of gratitude even when the things are not going as planed.
