Cari Runia was 32 years old and a mom of four young kids when her husband, Ryan, died suddenly of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and sudden cardiac arrest. Cari unfolds her story of the day she found out Ryan died and the weight of telling her kids what happened to their dad.
