有一天，學校老師提出期末要開同樂會，每個小朋友都要上去才藝表演，其中也包含了說故事。念小一的小貝妞，雖然才剛剛開始認識國字，卻非常喜歡看書。她翻遍了書櫃，挑選了自己最愛的繪本，打算分享給班上同學聽。同樂會當天，當小貝妞故事一講完，從班上同學的掌聲及小貝妞開心發著光的眼神，她知道了，這就是她所熱愛及想要追求的事情，所以...故事頻道就這麼誕生了，單純希望能將她喜愛的故事，分享給所有小朋友聽。
