One of the best real estate podcasts for agents who actually want to improve their sales skills, negotiation, client service, pricing, marketing, and overall competence as a Realtor. I always appreciate that the content goes beyond lead generation and gets into what it takes to become genuinely good at the business. Would love to hear future episodes on things like handling both sides of a deal really well, selling more unique properties such as historic/older homes, and team vs. partnership structure. I’d be genuinely curious to hear Tim and Julie’s perspective on all of the above!

After being out of the industry for 15 yrs coming back was terrifying. I listen to this podcast everyday and learn and grow so much. I feel like I know more than most seasoned agents. Content is relevant and so helpful. I can align with everything they are saying from my past years in real estate to now. Tim and Julie are some of the best leaders I have ever witnessed.

I’m new to the industry and new to the pod and right out of the gate the topics on mindset, use of AI, and actions that produce results were the focus of the first two episodes I listened to. They were the kind of episodes that you either pause to process or listen to again or both! I can’t wait to dive into past episodes.

Whether you are new to the game or seasoned, this power team has something for everyone. My wife and I have been listening for a couple months, and this has simply made us aware of detail details we would have otherwise overlooked. Incredible podcast!

my colleagues and I share the same unfortunate concern that the valuable content that they used to provide, and still could provide, is now getting crushed and completely overshadowed by Tim’s relentless pitching of coming under him at EXP and “buy my course”, rather than the agnostic good intentions that he and Julie once supported. Clearly no more. They had so much to offer.

I absolutely love Tim & Julie Harris! Don’t get me wrong. I know they use AI for their Daily Agent Reset podcast, cool. No big deal. Those are under two minutes so I can handle it. But the latest episode that just dropped, I swear this is a whole AI-voiced podcast. There’s no life in it, it’s actually very bland and monotonous to listen to. I absolutely love every long-form podcast show they release, but this latest Friday one seems to drone… no life in the voice. You can definitely tell this one is completely made with AI, and I’m not a fan. I had a client fire their agent because they were using AI, and he didn’t realize he was talking to one the whole time. They went with me because I actually don’t use AI for personal outreach. If all of the podcasts start coming out like this, I’ll more than likely stop listening… it doesn’t have the same pep or authenticity I come here for. This is why I started listening to your podcast in the first place. I can listen to you talk about anything, but I can’t listen to an AI version of you talk. I like listening to real conversations, not an AI version of Tim reading a script that he generated with AI.

I’ve been listening on and off to this podcast for about a year. Tim and Julie bring their A game almost every time and the amount of information and stories they tell are truly inspiring and great to listen to. I have definitely improved my mindset and implemented some strategies that they have talked about and I look forward to listening to this podcast for many more years.

I used to love listening to this podcast but lately it seems more focused on recruiting than providing genuine value. Would love to see them get refocused.

This podcast is mostly comprised of talking down on any methods that aren’t theirs, the occasional (but obvious) nugget of advice, and a whole lot of selling their coaching program. You think you’re listening in on two experts talking ins and outs of the industry but it’s just a coaching pitch. Classic.

This guy is the most narcissistic person I have ever listened to. They do share good info at times, but man, it’s just too much. I can’t enjoy the content any longer bc all I hear is how many millions of followers they have and how many tens of thousands of downloads they have. I just can’t!

I have found this podcast to be so valuable in finding real direction in my business. I read the other reviews and just want to say, of course they are promoting their coaching business so heavily, that is their income source. This free podcast to us is a gift so I don’t mind the plug at all for your coaching business. As for the info, yes Tim interrupts Julie too much and occasionally talks over the top of her, not in defense but he has good straight talk advice. Julie is fantastic and I so appreciate her input but I can tell that her sales tactics are more “creative” and Tim’s are more “direct”. They are both needed and valuable to hear, even when they seem to contradict each other. Thanks for the free info and your dedication to helping. And yes, your optimism through the tariff ups and downs is helpful!

This is definitely one of my favorite real estate podcasts. I’ve been an agent for five years full-time and I feel like I always have several nuggets to take away from it. It seems like they put a lot of thought and planning their podcast versus some of the other ones that get off topic. Definitely recommend!

Hello: The advice and unique ideas have guided me along a new path to real estate success. These ideas can only come from someone who has developed them from experience and trial and error. I have saved so much time by not having to make mistakes on my own.

By far the best real estate podcast ever! It’s like an instructional guide to selling real estate. I wish I had come across this 10 years ago when I first started in the industry. It would have saved me time and money. I highly recommend it!

I’ve been following Tim and Julie for a few years now, and had an inkling they were libertarian or conservative based on Tim’s occasional rants, but today’s newsletter exposed that these 2 are hypocritical MAGA, fascist and racist enablers. Going on about faith and traditional values in the name of Trump. How can a racist, rapist, who tried to overthrow our government, cheated on all 3 of his wives, including the current one with a porn star, has done untold harmful things to many in our country, and expressed overwhelmingly hateful rhetoric toward numerous groups, be faithful and traditional??? How do? Describe the values he embodies. He’s making America a white supremacist country again, and for many, that is Great. Thanks for exposing YOUR “VALUES”. I needed that.
