Before coaching, Jesse had a 14 year MLS career and won 3 league titles along with 4 US Open Cup titles. He also capped for the US Men's national team.
Jesse then started his coaching career at the New York Red Bulls where he was named MLS Coach of the Year.&nbsp;
His next challenge was Europe where he became the assistant coach of RB Leipzig in Germany. Jesse is currently coaching a very successful FC Red Bull Salzburg, a team that has been at the top of Austrian football and has been competing in the Champions league and Europa League.
