岡田高幸（おかだたかゆき）： 中小企業支援家、社会保険労務士岡田事務所代表。1977年生まれ。2010年、家業の代表取締役に就任。2015年、事業を存続させるために投資ファンドへ事業譲渡し退任。同年、社会保険労務士岡田事務所開業。2017年から5年間、行政が設置した事業相談窓口のセンター長を務め、のべ2,600件以上の個別相談を実施。支援事例が120件以上メディア掲載され、2018年には経済産業省女性起業家支援コンテスト個別支援部門優秀賞を受賞。現在は大学連携型起業家育成施設のチーフインキュベーションマネージャー、地方中小企業の社外取締役や顧問を務めている。座右の銘は「苦しい時にもっと苦しめ」。
