SETTING GOALS THAT GET DONE
This is where you will set your plan for your first 2 Week Sprint. Outcome Goals tell you where you are trying to get. They are an end point and should be something very tangible (ex. a specific revenue number). The Projects and Process/Tasks portion is where you are establishing your strategies/projects which will help you reach that outcome. A good number to shoot for is 3 Projects to reach your outcome goal. The Process Tasks are the Who, What, When & Where = Clarity & Momentum (ex. Each Monday I will sit at my desk and launch a new Facebook ad). Remember, your Outcome Goal should be firm and fixed. Projects and Process/Tasks should have flexibility & adaptability.
