5 Questions with Frank Mengert

Frank B. Mengert
5 Questions with Frank Mengert was born out of my quest to change the perception of what we see on social media and what real life is all about. Life is not all about models, bottles, boats, jets, fashion, and people showing off stacks of cash. As someone who is working on his 4th company, I've ridden the rollercoaster of being an entrepreneur while also having the experience of having been an intrapreneur working for corporate. This podcast will show you a look into the lives of people just like you. People who you can relate to who have been where you have been and who are now where you might aspire to be someday. If someone else had done it before you, there is a way for you to achieve those goals. If you are feeling stuck or have hit that wall. Tune in to hear about how others have been successful overcoming challenges to conquer their desires.
Jonathan Palmar - turning your LinkedIn connections into clients by creating unforgettable content.
Finding success on LinkedIn in 2018 is a bit different trying to find success on LinkedIn as we move into 2021. So much has changed, more users, more content, dwell time, that frigging algorithm everyone blames. However, one guy seems to have it figured out. Meet Jonathan Palmar, the Chief Experience Officer at Shay Rowbottom Marketing who I had the pleasure of speaking with on the show. A short, fat kid who was bullied as a child which led to a serious lack of confidence – he took some inspiration from the likes of Stone Cold Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan, and The Rock – he became a wrestler after hitting a growth spurt. Today, at 6’ 2” Jon isn’t someone I’d mess with in a dark alley. Sharing his stories and just being a pretty awesome dude all around, Jon has catapulted here in LinkedIn with a massive following of over 70K followers in just a few short months. His content is getting over 20K views on average and he is sharing all of his advice with those who check out his content. Jon and I talk about his journey to getting started creating content and his advice for anyone out here looking to create truly unforgettable content themselves. He also shares three pieces of advice people can use TODAY. Make sure you are following him https://www.linkedin.com/in/jonathanpalmar/ (here).

Daniel Corliss - Healthcare for employers is expensive. Learn, how one company is challenging the status quo.
There about 170 million individuals covered by private health insurance. The average annual premium for employer-sponsored health insurance is roughly $20,576 for a family of four and $7,188 for an individual. That’s a 54% increase from 10 years ago. Employers can no longer sustain these increases. The short-term fixes of raising copays, deductibles and other costs year of year just don’t cut it. Shifting the costs to the employees has become a burden that is crushing organizations. Guess what? In some cases, when the premium is higher – the person selling the insurance gets paid MORE. Yup, you read that right. They get compensated for delivering bad news and horrible rate increases to their clients. Imagine that. However, not everyone is status quo. My guest today is Daniel Corliss, Chief Executive Manager, at Stimulus for Business Initiative, and the Founding Partner of Business Stimulus Partners. He is on a mission to challenge that status quo and has put together a partnership with some best-in-class health plan partners to make a real difference in the cost of care. This idea was conceived out of chaos during the COVID-19 crisis knowing employers are suffering from revenue reductions, production slow-downs and shutdowns. As an employer who has constantly struggled with putting together a comprehensive benefits package for my team and being able to make it affordable, it’s impressive to see what he is doing. Such an important topic and I’m really excited to share some of what he’s up to. Ben Berman - unlock the growth of your business and scale with the Entrepreneurial Operating System
18 months ago, I started to question everything about my company that I had worked so hard to build. It was like I had hit a brick wall. My business was booming, an awesome team, year over year growth, profits on the rise - everything a successful company needs. But I felt like it was all going to come crashing down sooner or later. We were no longer this small company and I was worried I wasn’t doing the right things to continue this upward trajectory we were on. I turned to my trusted circle: Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC) with what I was feeling. Almost everyone recommended the Entrepreneurial Operating System. They also told me if I was going to take it seriously to reach out to Ben Berman, Certified EOS Implementer. When I tell you, it was the absolute best business decision I have made (ever) – it’s an understatement. Kicking off Season 4, on 𝟓 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐤 🎙️, I give you a glimpse into the brain behind it all as I have an open and honest conversation with Ben. Ben is the real deal and if you have a business that you want to take to the next level, this is the guy to help you do that.
