Love these bios but then heard the Tutu episode; confused about the death of Desmond Tutu’s daughter. Where did you get the fact that she’s dead? Cannot find this anywhere. Now I’m questioning everything I’m hearing!

It’s an interesting show , I like the little bits of information. But I think by now we know what the websites are and the YouTube channel. And stop with the coffee thing it’s stupid

I personally love them when they are on the longer side. Need to make a 30 minute biography. I would love to hear more music biographies. Rock legends etc etc. I’ve been enjoying it very much!

I love these condensed biographies! Gives me a glimpse into the subject ‘s life, and then if I find it especially interesting, I get a book about them from the library, to learn even more. Thumbs up!

Earnest but very amateur. It basically sounds like an average guy reading a Wikipedia page. I like that it's low-key; it doesn't need flashy production or sound-design... but a little (read "any") research at all beyond what's available on a Wikipedia page would make it more engaging.

Armstrong's eclectic selections are not only interesting but well-read. Each one is like a bed time story, gently told in a low-key but intriguing fashion. Each episode never fails to teach, tell and tantalize without the usual buffoonery that plagues so many unlistenable podcasts. Listen and then donate to the effort!
