Not much mystery when the synopsis has all the story right there

I listen to the one about OJ Simpson and I wonder if he would have been a white person if he would’ve been acquitted or if he’d been in jail for a very long time??????

Why am I paying for subscriber edition AND getting adds???? Not cool!

I paid for a subscription so I wouldn’t have to hear ads. My ad-free experience lasted a single day before the ads returned. Not sure what the issue is but it needs to be resolved before I am charged for another month.

Why am I paying for an “ad-free” listening experience yet still hearing ads! FIX THIS.

Like many others, I use earbuds to listen to podcasts. It’s very unpleasant to listen to the story content, then have the commercials start blasting in volume. Also they are very few commercials that are constantly repeated over and over throughout months of the series. Give us a break and monitor the volume difference between content and commercials. I’ve switched to different programs that have far fewer commercials. And no, don’t ask me to pay for commercial-free content. I can’t afford it.

The amount commercial breaks are a lot. Too many. It ruins the story. I think they want you to pay for no commercials but I’d rather pick another one to listen to

The only people less credible than sandy smith are Liz Farrell and Mandy matney. So gross.

The morning music is horrible and I have to be in the right mood to deal with it. Lower the volume please.

I like the show but its not actually a podcast its just the audio from the show, you dont see the ppl the crime scenes or the victims. still good tho to listen too

I thought that there was to much music and background. The narrater was a bit annoying. The story’s were slow going and just not for me.

Ridiculous that the Post Mortem episodes begin with a recap of the podcast from the previous day. Try following Dateline's lead – – they tell you in the first five seconds that if you haven't listened to the podcast yet or seen the episode, go listen to it and then come back. They don't waste time in their "Talking Dateline" telling you what the episode from the day before was about. Then again, there's a lot you could learn from Dateline.

Done with this show. Not only degrading to victims. Now condoning a totally revised narrative based on Tik Toks by people who hadn’t been born in 1988. Disgusted

I don’t get much “down time” to watch TV- but this has really helped me feel like I’m not out of touch from the world during these long winter days. I listen on my way to work , and back. Driving to the gym, heck- even while working out!

If you’ve ever wondered why the country is so divided and people don't trust their neighbors anymore look no further. These scam artists make fake true crime shows like this, and are some of the most despicable money hungry fame chasing gas bags in existence. One day someone will make it a podcast called “all the innocent people that 48 Hours sent to prison.” The scum-buckets that present this show are bunk TV hosts, not journalists. Peter Van Want, Erin Moriarty, and their cohort of slimy smile reality show wannabees prey on your fear to make money. Pay if you want. But I don't want to have this kind of garbage on my conscience or my playlist.

Moriarty and her drawl gets on my nerves, I have to play at higher speed to be able to get through the episode. Also the background music is very loud and so many ads are annoying. The stories are very good but I just can’t get engrossed. Try listening them as you go to sleep to see how the music and ads are jarring to listen to

I am often relaxing when listening until the music kicks in! I feel it is way to loud and the intro's are especially loud

I very much enjoy 48 hours and have for a number of years, so my comment isn't so much a criticism as it is a suggestion. I just listened to the Post Mortem for this show, and the participants seem to say "you know" over and over - many of them. I wonder if you might go through it and count the number of times they say "you know." It is not only superfluous, it is annoying. These are professionals and I enjoy them, but it is distracting to listen to. Thank you.

I enjoy listening to the crimes but there is way too many repeats and they change the name of the episode so you don’t know until AFTER you’ve started listening to it. Get some more variety. It’s very annoying!

I was a disappointed to discover that this is just the audio of the TV episodes. No voiceovers to describe what is being shown or what is being displayed at the conclusion. If you have seen the episode, no sense listening. If you haven’t seen the episode, well, there are going to be gaps because you won’t know what is being shown.

Idk why but I thought if I subscribed then there wouldn't be ads. Found out that if you have Amazon Prime you can listen ad-free with the Amazon Music app. Wish I would have known. Just glad it was only $3 for the month, that should have told me right there. I'm wondering what the subscription is for then. Extra episodes? I have no idea. It's not worth it anyway.

Love this podcast! However there are so MANY repeats of the same episode with different titles. I find myself remembering and then skipping the ones I already listened to. It gets annoying sometimes lol.

I truly thought it was a fictional story. I can’t get over the voice of the reporter from blaming the babysitter. It seems SO FAKE. And the way they interviewed the people seemed like it was a script. Not real or genuine.

If I already pay for wondery on Apple Podcasts, why would I have to pay a different subscription when you have ads about listening ad-free with wondery?

There are so many twists and turns and missed opportunities. I noticed that, when questioned, the husband said he was not there when she was shot, and this was telling. Had she died by suicide, he would have likely said he wasn’t there when she shot herself. My condolences to Megan’s family.

The actual podcast doesn’t start until 6-7 mins into each episode. Too many Ads, it’s redivulous.

They have more ads than actual show. So disappointing.

It would’ve been really refreshing if at any point in the story that the element of White male privilege afforded Chichester-Rockefeller complete access without any consequences. Nobody questions White men. Had he been a man of color, this podcast would’ve been 30 seconds-because nobody believes them. The narration needs to be much more intersectional with the awareness that Brown & Black folks listen and support your program as well. Thank you.

I enjoy most of the show, but the music is distracting and doesn’t fit the story, it’s so bad. For example, I just listen to a podcast about a murder in Del Rio, Texas, and the music was the stereotypical Arabian woman singing. Why?! Pick better music or don’t play anything at all.

For this being a popular main stream TV show it has a way way way way way too many ads!!!!!

I love this podcast but be warned their is a commercial every 7 minutes! No other podcasts ever have so many adds.

I’m really glad to see that CBS values Ann Marie Green as much as her viewers do. I find, and I’m sure others do also her perspective and her real genuine personality comes through in everything she does. She is like every woman, and she represents such a large amount of women going through their day-to-day adventures in life. I enjoy 48 hours. I enjoy the morning news on CBS. I listen to all the podcasts. I look forward to every episode. I see great things for Ann Marie in the future I look forward to seeing Ann Marie anchoring the CBS evening news in 10 years.
