She has been teaching in the Communication Department at Otterbein University for 25 years, where she teaches courses in Teamwork, Leadership, Communication Theories, and more. She has also consulted with nonprofit organizations for many years. More recently, she has been teaching a course in Conscious Communication to hospital personnel. In her spare time, Dr. Kerry and her husband enjoy fishing and spending time with their two dogs and three cats.
