Shan played a near perfect game pre merge, but post merge is yelling at people for eating papaya and telling others that they might be voted out. Is this going to end badly for her?

Episode 6 left off with Erika having to make a game changing decision. Episode 7 begins with her making the decision, and then spirals into more and more chaos from there.
