Suffering from Cerebral Palsy, she has never run, ride a bike or swam. Amber describes how she felt ashamed of her limitations, but through a lot of hard work, was able to get her body and health on track. Amber talks about finding out she had developed hypothyroidism after pregnancy and then started testing out home workouts, and was able to lose all of the baby weight without stepping into a gym.
