3 League OGs

The OGs are joined by Dr. J, Julius Erving, the living legend himself for a trip down Memory Lane. The guys talk social justice, share never before told stories from Dr. J's career, and much more.

Muggsy, Earl, Oak and Ashley are back and discuss the run for MVP & Rookie of the Year based on the current NBA standings, make NCAA predictions, share their favorite movies and name the actor they would pick to star in their biopic. 7x NBA All-Star, Hall of Famer, and former Toronto Raptor Tracy McGrady joins to talk about his time playing with the OGs, his business ventures, and playing in China. 

  Ashley & the OGs talk the State of the League, Andre Drummond trade, ring the future OG alarm, and bring back Memory Lane for Oak Tree to chime in on The Last Dance. They’re joined by the first guest OG who isn’t a professional athlete: Lawrence “Larry” Gilliard, Jr. known primarily for his roles in HBO’s The Wire and AMC’s The Walking Dead.     

We introduce a few new segments in this week’s 3 OGs and our hosts discuss some of the most pressing issues in today’s League. Did MJ really call Muggsy a derogatory term?     

The OGs are back this week discussing changing the NBA logo, the Eastern Conference Finals, their predictions for the NCAA tournament, and more. 2x WNBA All Star Ivory Latta joins them to talk about her amazing career starting in middle school, heart over height, never backing down, and playing overseas.

To kick off Women’s History Month, the OGs welcome 2x MVP, 2x Olympic Gold Medalist, and WNBA Champion Candace Parker! She discusses growing up in Chicago, her time playing in Russia, her favorite NBA players, the state of the WNBA, and sticks around for NBA Trivia. 

Dick Vitale joins the OGs this week to drop some gems. He discusses his work with the Jimmy V Foundation, his time as a college basketball coach, his transition from coaching to sportscasting, the first time he saw LeBron play, and reflects on Muggsy’s impact on the game as one of the shortest players in the NBA. The guys also discuss The Last Dance and the impacts it had on some of the players mentioned. 

Oak was MIA this week, so we’ve got two out of three OGs for Episode 6.  Muggsy, Earl and Ashley discuss hot topics, answer fan questions about the NBA expansion, the top trash talkers they played against, the best teammates they ever had, and the first-ever game of NBA Trivia.

Muggsy, Charles, Earl, and Ashley welcome Rex Chapman for the fifth episode of 3 League OGs. Rex Chapman is a Twitter personality and former NBA shooting guard who played for the Hornets, Bullets, Heat, and Suns. Rex and the guys answer fan questions, reminisce on the good old days and respond to rapid fire questions. They reflect on how the game has developed since they competed in the league, share stories of their tenures in the NBA, and more.
