We are all given a certain amount of real estate in our mind to live, create and exist. If yours is full of garbage and past bullshit how can you expect the good stuff to show up. Its time to burn your fields. 

The fact that we're alive is a Damn miracle.  Why are you worrying about dumb shit? Instead of worry or stress, Focus on.. "What am I contributing?"

We all fuck up, we all have made mistakes, We all are also worthy of forgiving ourselves, Here's a good way to start....  

Strong Opinions are like.. well You know.. Assholes.. everyone has them (Except my Cousin Todd, He burnt his off with a firework, But Thats another podcast)..Regardless of my Bullshit..  This is a look at our opinions and the thought that Just maybe our outlooks on some stuff, doesn't matter.. Lets talk about Indifference.   

Today, If You woke up. You have the ability to make your life what you want it to be.  Regardless of our circumstances, regardless of a pandemic or shitty weather, We each have the power to be better today.  If You woke up you have that chance. There are people who died yesterday who had plans for this weekend, dont forget that.  Stop living in the rearview and stop the voice that tells you you're not good enough. We are as we Think we are. 

You're a Bad Mother F*%$# ... But Do You believe it? Are you pushing yourself to see what you're capable of? Stop blending in, Stop allowing yourself to do the least that is required

We can all fall into the trap of reveling in someone else's downfall.  Practice finding the humanity in each others mistakes. Remove the filters we're seeing the world through and find TRUE freedom by setting yourself free.. Plus one of my Fave Kipling Poems to print out for your daily read!
