Longtime townhomes resident and housing justice advocate Rasheda Alexander joins in to talk about the struggle at "The People's Townhomes," a majority Black housing complex in University City in West Philly. The site's affordable housing contract with the federal government (HUD) is set to expire Sept. 7, forcing nearly 70 low-income residents out of the housing complex that's stood for them for nearly 40 years.
