In July of 2020, an unidentifiable body was found in a container on a vacant plot of land in South Philadelphia. Seeking to counteract the disturbing and traumatic discovery, community leader Boogie Rose stood together with the support of the surrounding neighborhood to enact the Community Healing Garden (CHG) on that very same plot of land. Now several months later they are fighting to sustain that body of positivity in a neighborhood that needs it.
