Whitfield fired a warning shot with his Hi-Point 995 then braved the theater shirtless with pajama bottoms and a pair of flip flops. He was met with gun fire, so he dropped back for cover and to grab his AR-15. The thugs took off before Whitfield returned and secured the area- there were no casualties. Once released on bond he created CondemnedUSA.com to advocate for J6 prisoners. Dr. Stella Immanuel, a physician whose star rose in the media during the height of COVID-19 for her successful treatment of patients with cocktails consisting of Hydroxychloroquine, or Ivermectin, walked onto our stage mid-interview and picked up right where we were in the conversation. Join Zoe Warren at the 2022 NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits in Houston as he talks about suppressors with retired Marine Corps Officer Richard Cope, CEO of KGM Technologies, the largest manufacturer of suppressors in the country. KGM makes suppressors for the military, law enforcement, and individual consumers, and is the sole provider of suppressors for the FBI’s snipers. After sharing his background and the history of his company, Cope instructs that, in addition to providing distinct combat gains, suppressors benefit all users by scientifically preventing hearing loss and reducing recoil by half.

Outside the 2022 NRA convention in Houston, Zoe Warren spoke with a colorful trio of “community defense culture” enthusiasts — Tactical Karl, Mrs. Tactical Karl, and Candi Rose. In Houston, Karl teaches classes on tactical training, how to use guns for self-defense, and tactical medical training such as CPR and “stop the bleed.” His wife and Candi Rose train with him. Topics of conversation with Zoe range from fashion (yes, fashion) to the ever-important advice about always being aware of and understanding your surroundings; being comfortable with your weapon (“muscle memory”); having and being able to use “force multipliers” — other tools of defense such as knives and pepper spray — and knowing which situations call for which tools. Mrs. Karl and Candi also emphasize the need for women to train thoroughly and consistently so they're always prepared to protect themselves and their families.

2A for Today’s Zoe Warren spoke briefly at the 2022 NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits in Houston with former Navy SEAL Jeff Gonzales, who is now a firearms and tactics instructor and president of Trident Concepts, LLC. Gonzales presented a session at the convention on “Carrying in the Workplace: Carefully Considering Your Options.” In this interview, he and Zoe discuss issues related to that, as well as the idea that establishments that prohibit firearms should be held responsible for the safety of those on their premises — both preemptively and after the fact should harm occur.
