After reading an article about another teenager committing suicide, I called for an emergency Podcast episode that needed to be done asap. Our parents are hurting because they are parenting out of fear which in turn comes out sideways to our kids. I only wish more Veterans would speak up about the madness that we see on the inside that not many civilians know about. Believe it or not, one thing that is highly frowned upon is getting help for your mental health. If you seek help, it could end your career which is why many don't seek help and just stuff. The other...reporting sexual abuse/harassment of any kind. Many (not all) Commands will sweep these reports under the rug or retaliate against their own. Which is exactly what happened to my next guest which ultimately ended his career.There's really nothing left to say other than get ready to hear about some jaw dropping moments as we sit down with Retired Coast Guard Rescue Swimmer Claude Morrissey. His story is absolutely frustrating to hear yet hopeful at the same time. Not to mention, this was by far my funniest episode yet which sounds polar opposite of what we're about to share with you.
