As a realtor I love and appreciate your episode on homeownership- first one I’ve listened to! It’s true - the expenses can outweigh the benefits. Finding a realtor who can weigh these options for you and make sure your plans match homeownership rather than being focused on the sale alone can be rare to find but they are out there. Renting over owning can be awesome especially if you’re investing in yourself elsewhere like in your own business. Anyway, appreciate your perspective.

I am not an entrepreneur, nor do I plan to be one; however, the 2000 Percent Raise Podcast offers important nuggets to even me. As a teacher, I wouldn’t think of having my own business until retirement, but I may sell my house, use a gambling app, head to a professional sporting event and/or find myself in a conversation with people in the business world. In any of those situations, I could pull from John’s podcasts and apply a piece of what he is explaining via his interviews on the podcast. The content is relevant for types of people of all backgrounds. Give the podcast a try, you’ll find something to appreciate about each episode. And, there are some great personal stories and laughs mixed throughout.
