Yo!! This is B.J. your favorite podcast DJ and we're going to go ahead and switch it up and deviate from the original plan of what I was going to do and cut everything down to 2 minutes. I'm just not sure that we have a lot of time and I want to get everything that I got out to you guys as quick as I can. each episode will be 2 minutes and each episode will still be directed to the unification of Mind Body and Soul. As well as to train you in the secret art of whipping negatives into positives on a daily basis. So, if i could just get two minutes of your time I'd like to try and Shine you up.

Everyday your at war with an "enemy" that has concealed itself within you so much so that you cannot tell the difference between the two but I will show you an example of how you confront each other everyday and how you you are only confronting yourself no matter who is before you.
