So, I'm stuck inside my house, "shelter in place", the helicopters circling outside, the "authorities", with all their "Homeland Security" vehicles and devices, are searching for a fugitive murderer - my first ever "shelter in place" and enjoying the 1857 podcast - talking about horse bribes and "What have you got" from Take Note podcast. Pencil talk, discussion of things UK and Cypriot, fountain pens, notebooks - all things writing ephemera. Finding all kind of things to look up, and drink too. Not sure what the cultural reference to three pin plug is, but will continue to listen to pick up on it. Best wishes guys and I enjoy your banter.

I listen to many podcasts, so I don’t often add any new ones (time constraints). A friend recommended this. After listening to episode 1, I immediately downloaded the rest. I love the analog discussions along with the topic of the week all very unhurried and with some interesting insights. I may have to pick up a notebook and pen (or pencil).

I just discovered this podcast and really enjoy listening to it. The conversation deals with things analog and interesting things in reading and other media forms. I always become aware of something new I want to look into.
