The Leadership Pulse
The Leadership Pulse
Healthcare culture's new heartbeat. Why? Because healthcare has a culture issue. Burnout. and moral injury is rampant. While other industries are quickly evolving and leadership has been a focus for so long, healthcare has lagged behind in equipping more individuals on the frontlines with key tools needed to lead. Stories are vital. Healthcare is a business built on human experience. To get back to the heart of healthcare we believe highlighting stories, conversations of healthcare individuals leading in the right ways will help spark a domino effect. Leadership is about self awareness and growth. Evolving healthcare leadership is going to be what disrupts and saves healthcare, just as much as bringing forward the stories and experiences of the growth of those individuals. These leaders have a pulse on what is going on in the evolution of medicine.  They are self aware, emotionally intelligent and leaders worth following.  Expect to hear episodes on the leadership, healthcare innovation, culture and what physicians are doing to make an impact in medicine. Our goal is candid conversations, so pull up a chair, lean in and join us.
