Doesn’t know who Alanis Morissette is but is a fan of The Grateful Dead. She has to be faking some of it. You have a pop culture podcast yet you don’t know a very popular actress? They barely do any research, just say “I don’t know about that, moving on”. They don’t even seem to be into pop culture, they only talk about topics because it’s the hot topic of the week. Their pop culture knowledge is like 3 reality shows, that’s it They have laptops in front of them yet they won’t do any basic research. They talked about the show Sister Wives and got so much wrong, even the order of the wives when it’s in the opening credits. Kendall said she just mainly has it on in the background and doesn’t really watch it. Then why talk about it? They got information wrong during their Megan thee Stallion episode which people were upset with Kendall prides herself on not being on TikTok has much as she used to be which is great but not when it’s part of your job and you talk about internet drama Then Kendall will say multiple times at the end of the episode “let’s wrap this up, I have to go”. Sorry you’re so bothered by the podcast that you decided to do. Move the filming day or time if you’re always in a rush. Why would you not edit that out? Kendall will just randomly not show up for filming, or will leave during the episode to use the bathroom and just not come back. She really doesn’t care They made fun of a woman one time for not wanting alcohol at her family holiday party due to her family’s history of alcohol abuse. Kendall said “oh honey of course they (the family) don’t want to come” in a condescending voice while Janelle tells her to grow up and drink Kendall has talked numerous times about her own family’s history with alcohol abuse while Janelle has a masters in psychology with a concentration in mental health so you’d think they would be sympathetic. They quietly cut that part out of the episode after getting backlash Kendall said she wished she could vote for RFK Jr for president but currently posts on Instagram calling out his actions. I thought you were in support of him? I see people complaining about them being liberal but I think they’re more conservative than they want people to think They’re mean to their producer Karelly and constantly leave her out of things. The Bachelorette trip recap was the most awkward thing to listen to since she wasn’t there but the other three were. The Grandma Syd segments are cringe, the prank calling episode was cringe. They bash the Kardashians yet they take Skims sponsorships. They’re just in it for the money now The podcast has devolved into catty, mean girl behavior. They like gossiping and trash talking other people (mainly women). They’re mean to one of their producers, have the humor of 12 year olds. They can be really nasty towards other women (especially female celebrities. Their weird hatred, especially Janelle’s, of Taylor Swift is annoying and needs to stop. We get it you hate her, move on. I know they’re loving the Blake Lively lawsuit so they can make digs at Taylor. They’re obsessed with her, constantly bringing her up to bash on her, it’s pathetic). I remember when the podcast first started they said that it would be a chill, fun, hang out podcast. It wouldn’t be a drama podcast. Few years later, it’s a drama podcast I don’t think Kendall has any strong, real convictions. She just goes along with whatever is the popular opinion, especially if it favors men Janelle gives off “not like other girls” vibes and has an attitude towards everything. She always looks bored and disinterested when the topic isn’t on her or something she likes. I don’t think either one of them like other women very much, a lot of mean girl behavior going on She told this story of her scribbling on a friend’s keychain when she was in high school, both her and Kendall thought it was ridiculous that the friend got mad. You were old enough to know better, very immature Kendall’s told the story a couple times of a college roommate who in her words got aggressive with her out of nowhere and she had to get a restraining order (used the word aggressive to describe black woman). I don’t buy it, I think Kendall did or said something to set her off They should stop doing the podcast but they like the money it brings Justice for Karelly!! The way they handled her exit and Kendall’s shady Instagram stories (on her public account that family members of victims contact her on) is disgusting. They fired their only POC staff member and replaced her with another white girl. Their company now is white AF. They truly are mean girls

This show is genuinely such a comfort show for me. I listen to Consistently. Anytime I’m doing anything and need to listen to something this is immediately when I go to. I love their takes on everything and they are absolutely hilarious. To all you haters out there back off because these are my girls.

I was listening to the birth story and exact same with our older daughter (10 now) I had a horrible birth over 48 hours and I’m 99% sure my epidural didn’t work and because of the complications my dr w our 2nd (2 now) schedule it & I the smoothest birth. My dr almost missed it and my husband called our 2nds birth the most anticlimactic moment of his life 😂😂

Something is off with the way Karelley was discarded. The way things were discussed gave mean girl energy.

OG listener here. At first I loved this pod. It was a GREAT vibe. Hanging out w the girlys. Now they talk about niche YouTube/reality tv shows. I want topics of discussion currently trending NOW.NOT A NICHE YOUTUBER OR REALITY TV SHOW I miss the OG Sesh. I can’t relate to these girls/the podcast anymore. What a shame

I am originally a listener of TCKR, never watched the actual YouTube videos as I didn’t really care for her presentations but I was fond of her voice and storytelling. Once she started talking about The Sesh I decided to give it a try since consuming a lot of true crime daily can be extremely heavy. I originally enjoyed this show a lot but it has now become hard to tune in. Karelly was an outstanding addition to the show. I really enjoyed her commentary and her humbling POV. I’ve also enjoyed the episodes with Ian and Hailey. However, Sydney it’s what has made the show unenjoyable!!! It’s extremely annoying how she cannot articulate a single thought. Just say what you want / gotta say without pausing or thinking about what you want to put out or stay out of podcasting and go back to behind the scenes/producing. Her voice can also come across nails on a chalkboard. -__- that’s all.!

I use to really like this podcast and was a somewhat regular listener. After karelly was kicked out Kendall and Janel kind of just give me the ick. I can’t even listen to Mile Higher anymore.

Loved this show since the beginning. It was my relaxing show to listen to banter, fun, and the occasional serious topic. As with many other listeners, I feel Janelle’s rudeness and abrasiveness is showing and growing. The way Karelly’s departure was handled was tasteless. Honestly, I didn’t realize how much Karelly was my fave until she left. The way things are going for this show is sad and I hope they turn around, but for now I’m leaving.

Long time subscriber but I cannot handle Janelle anymore. It’s okay to have opinions but she is so single minded and she does not respect the opinions of others which makes her come off as abrasive and so rude. And Kendall unfortunately will always take Janelle’s side since they are family. Yes this show is an outlet for them so yay for them keep doing what yall are doing I guess but i can no longer stomach your content and its no longer a safe place for me

I listen to a lot of true crime and politics and usually work out to you guys for more chill conversations. Still, it’s been weeks now that your episodes go unheard because when I do, and I’m doing anything from working out to house cleaning to anything where I am not close to my phone, there is an ad and then an ad and then another ad. I have to keep going and fast-forwarding every few minutes. You are the only ones who have like 6-8 ads per episode—losing a true fan here pretty soon.

Absolutely adore this podcast. Despite the drama I plan to continue listening however Sydney’s voice is awful and very hard to listen to.

They have fans that are giving them legitimate feedback/critique and they responded by blocking and deleting all the comments. They purposely set Haley up to fail and then blamed their fans for it. They also handled Karelly leaving in the worst way possible. This show just lost all its diversity, so if you wanna hear them complain about their privileged lives, keep listening I guess….

I’m listening to the latest episode. “Let’s chat” and I’m listening to you Kendall. And I can feel your emotion to the point where I am crying. I’m obviously an empath. I just feel the need to write this and let you know that you are dealing with this situation in the best way that you are able to, and that is OK. It is nobody else’s business. And you will never be able to make everyone happy. Those of us who are adults understand that yes it’s sad and it’s unfortunate that we can’t know more, but that doesn’t mean that you are a bad person. I am not disappointed in you. I am PROUD of you.

The show used to be good but recently it has gotten worse and worse. Had a hard time finishing episodes. Would not recommend.

There’s been a few sesh episodes I’ve really enjoyed. Now I’m struggling to see what I enjoyed. And after how they handled recent things I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be tuning in.

Tried to like this podcast because I love pop culture and girl talk but they seem like faaaar left wing looney tunes who has zero critical thinking skills who try and push their crazy ideas onto other people. I’m very in the middle when it comes to politics. Like Michael Jordan said “republicans buy shoes too”. You girls are really putting yourselves into a minority here. And Kendall… if you don’t want to do the podcast, don’t. You sound like you have something better to do every pod. And all of you do zero research on the subjects you’re talking about. I tried to like this podcast. I really did. Zero stars for me. Very surface level, mean girls with zero critical thinking skills. Onto the next 💋

I started off years ago with watching TCKR. Which I love so much but it’s a nice breath of fresh air to listen and watch the sesh as a light hearted easy video. I am a mom of 2 and don’t have time to do a lot of things I like to do but I put on the sesh when I’m doing dishes, cooking and taking a shower. Which has helped my mental health so much. It’s hard to find an easy podcast to listen to without so many heavy topics that make me anxious. Kendall, Janelle, Karelly, and Sydney thank you guys for being so funny! Love this show ❤️

They said at the beginning that this wouldn’t be a drama podcast but here we are. Their topics are stupid with little to no research and they’re both bullies honestly. I hate this podcast.

i’m a fan of kendall rae and have been for a while. but this podcast is so difficult to listen too. they just talk about things with no research or they do it as they go. it’s just annoying and no thought is out into it whatsoever. I love Kendall! But this show is soooooooo much talking about nothing. I had to fast forward to 51 minutes to get to what the show title told me the episode would be about. I’ll just stick to her true crime and Mile higher show she does with her husband. This show 100% ain’t it.

I could not listen any longer than 15 minutes to one episode. There was absolutely no content just useless banter that has nothing to do with anyone but the two host. I will not listen to this ever again.

I’ve listened to mile higher podcast and LOVE IT. My favorite however is Lights Out. I just started listening to The Sesh and I love it. People who feel the need to write a bad review are also CRY BABIES. “Omg the political statements are so wrong. There’s no fact checking”. Like mf. So are yours. Fox News isn’t fact checking. No one is making you listen to the podcast. You negative reviewers are also very whiny.

I’m just really upset because I’ve supported all of Mile Higher media since around 2019. I’ve really related with them and everything they’ve stood for. Unfortunately, the weight loss ads for semi-glutide are harmful. I am someone who’s struggled with an eating disorder for most of my life. I know these ads are not just harmful to me, but other people who have been in my shoes. Semi glutide is everywhere you turn now. I can’t even listen to my favorite podcast show without being reminded of a social standard that just orbits around one’s size. Disappointed.

I listen to The Sesh and Kendall regularly while at work because I work 3rd shift half of my work week or anytime I am at work alone. Tonight was no different. I was doing an audit so I was only half listening to the episode while the other half of my brain was on numbers when I heard Kendall talking about her Finch and sending good vibes to other finchy friends. I don’t normally get all fan girlie but I about fell out of my chair…. I use Finch too! My daughter introduced me to the app and I’ve been using it for over a year. It really does help me stay on track and productive. It helps with my anxiety as well as many other things. It is an absolutely wonderful app. It was refreshing to hear about one of my favorite apps while listening to one of my favorite podcasts. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

I absolutely love all mile higher podcasts, however, the statements about the election results really made me not want to listen at all. Unfortunately it felt like the people who supported trump were unwelcome and not as important as any other human. Hated to see that from the sesh
