In Episode 117, Tucker takes you out to our latest completed new construction project.  This was your classic knock down new build project in a high end area of Portland.  This is a large lot that had an old run down home on it.  We bought it for lot value and have built a wonderful luxury home on it that should sell for around $1.2 Million.  We hope you enjoy this episode and please leave us feedback and reviews!
