Mr. Standridge's music is performed internationally. He has had numerous works selected to the J.W. Pepper's editor's choice. He has had numerous works performed at the prestigious Midwest Clinic in Chicago, Illinois. Meghan Radimer is an elementary P.E teacher in Sussex County and was just honored as the first ever P.E teacher to be honored as "Teacher of The Year." this past school year. Meghan is also an active runner, completing 11 marathons in her lifetime. As an elementary physical education and health teacher, one of the most important skills she has had to master is learning how to motivate her students. A native of Brooklyn, NY, Deryck Clarke (French horn) comes from a family of immigrants from Guyana, South America. He is a graduate of the High School of Performing Arts in New York City and the Curtis Institute of Music. He holds a BM from the North Carolina School of the Arts and a MM from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. His professional engagements include Soulful Symphony, the Martina Arroyo Foundation’s Prelude to Performance orchestra, Early Music New York, the Paula Kimper Ensemble, the Ray Chew Orchestra, Imani Winds, Oregon Symphony, Winston-Salem Symphony, Seoul Philharmonic, and Broadway productions of The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Aida, and the US Tour of Oklahoma! Throughout his career Deryck has performed with renowned artists including Leonard Bernstein, Isaac Stern, Donnie McClurkin, Ashford and Simpson, Sir Andrew Davis, Aaron Copland, Paquito D’Rivera, and James DePriest. While in college, Mr. Clarke discovered his passion for teaching at the NY State Music Camp/Hartwick College Music Festival. He was faculty member at the Apple Hill Chamber Music Festival, the Juilliard School's Music Advancement Program and the Mannes College preparatory division. Mr. Clarke also served as Interim Music Director of the Harlem School of the Arts. As a NJ state certified music educator, Deryck received awards and recognition for his service as instrumental and vocal music teacher at the Mount Vernon Elementary School in Newark, NJ. He later served as Program Director of William Paterson University’s Music After School program in Paterson, NJ and Start the Music camp, and an artist-in-residence at the Cicely Tyson School of the Arts in East Orange, NJ. Deryck is currently the Educational and Community Outreach director for The Harlem Chamber Players and founder of the Harmony Effect, an instrumental music learning program. He serves on the Leadership Council of the Newark Arts Education Roundtable, the Education Committee for the American Federation of Musicians Local 802, and the Education Committee of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors. Though active in her church as a pianist and singer, where her mother was Ministress of Music, she eventually discovered her love for the flute. Her musical journey on the instrument has taken her across the United States and to Europe. She currently champions music influenced by artists of color and works to expose audiences to these lesser-known composers. A socially conscious artist, Adrienne strives to use her voice to help others find theirs. Through her collaborative duo with saxophonist Seychelle Dunn-Corbin, NorthStar Duo, they work to promote and expose audiences to works for winds. Their first commission was Spirituals for Wind Duo, an arrangement of negro spirituals by composer Anthony Green. Their most recent commission includes a premiere in Boston of Elizabeth Gilenas’ Green Skies. Adrienne looks forward to continuing to explore their unorthodox instrumentation. Their current passions involve commissioning new works and championing pre-existing works by composers of color and women. A dedicated educator, Adrienne teaches privately - flute and piano - to students of diverse musical backgrounds and ages. There is no greater joy to her than to simultaneously foster a life long love of learning and appreciation for music. In addition to holding Suzuki Certification in Flute, she is a Teaching Artist in the RAMP Program through the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. While matriculating at Rutgers University to pursue a Doctorate in Musical Arts, Adrienne also composes and arranges. He first composition, Opal’s Boogie, was inspired by her friendship with her colleague’s family and their pugnacious and lovable pug, Opal. Adrienne will graduate in 2022. Curt Ebersole has served as the Conductor/Music Director (John P. Paynter Memorial Chair) of the Westchester Symphonic Winds since 2008, fostering its exponential growth over the past ten years. He retired from Northern Valley Regional High School (Old Tappan, New Jersey) in 2013 after serving as Director of Instrumental Music for 31 years, and now teaches at The Masters School, in Dobbs Ferry, New York. He earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree and a Master of Music in Conducting degree from Northwestern University, where he studied conducting with John P. Paynter and clarinet with Larry Combs, and earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in Clarinet Performance from SUNY-Purchase, where he studied with Ben Armato. He has served as a guest conductor and clinician for numerous county, regional, and all-state student ensembles, and adult community ensembles across the nation, including performances at Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall, and Symphony Space, and in Las Vegas, South Korea and Australia. His achievements include multiple teaching awards, ensemble performances as a clarinetist and basset hornist, and speaking/clinic engagements with the Midwest Clinic, TEDxOneonta, and several state music education conventions and conducting symposia.
