She also holds degrees as Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner and Core Dynamics Wellbeing Specialist. She mainly serves new or aspiring entrepreneurs in building a resilient and wholistic mindset needed for business.
Key learnings and takeaways:
- As an engineer turned coach Lisa had a very good grasp on the patterns that were causing her revenue plateau
- She knew the messaging she was putting out wasn’t attracting the kind of clients she wanted to work with and she knew she wasn’t utilizing any of the networking opportunities available to her
- Turns out that was in contrast to how she started out her business which was initially building good forward momentum
- Upon further probing it was a fear of success, led by a fear of trusting herself that was actually causing the self sabotage in her business growth
