Self-employed since 2001, Jonathan is a British award-winning film director and director of photography based in France and Hong Kong. Brought up in Yorkshire and educated in the UK, professional life followed art college in London. Since moving to Asia 27 years ago the world opened up. Hanging out of helicopters in Sumatra,  filming with nomads in Tibet, rescuing elephants from Pakistan and wandering through the Taklimakan desert in search of Marco Polo’s legacy are just some of the adventures that have presented themselves in the course of the ordinary day job.  So, it’s no surprise that filming in wild places in difficult situations are considered his specialty for the likes of National Geographic. As we all know, technology has revolutionized the film industry and Jonathan realized he needed to evolve to stay competitive.  So becoming a skilled editor and cinematographer was a natural evolution and has, as importantly, increased his enjoyment of the craft of filmmaking. Duncan Bridgeman is a double Grammy nominated filmmaker and musician. born in London to Leslie and Zena Bridgeman.   Bridgeman has composed and produced music for 20 years, working on a diverse musical journey. His first break into filmmaking came from Island Records/Palm Pictures owner Chris Blackwell, making the Grammy nominated cult hit 1 Giant Leap.  In 2004, Simon Fuller of 19 Entertainment funded second 1 Giant Leap, film titled "What about me?". Vithaya Pansringarm is a Thai actor best known for appearing in Only God Forgives. He is also known in Thailand as "Pu Vithaya".   Pu graduated in Graphic Design from New York Institute of Technology. He holds a 5th Degree Black Belt (5 DAN) in Kendo (a Japanese martial art) and is President of the Thailand Kendo Club.  In June 2014, he won Best Actor at the Shanghai International Film Festival for his role as Chavoret in  The Last Executioner, a film based on the true life story of Thailand's last person to carry out executions by gun. Don Linder, a native New Yorker, is an award-winning scriptwriter, fiction and travel writer, and academic who has lived and worked on five continents. He did his BA and MA degrees at Columbia University where he studied film theory with the critic Andrew Sarris.  Don's first feature-length film, "The Last Executioner," has its world premiere when it was invited to compete at the Shanghai International Film Festival in 2014, where it received Best Actor honors. On 2 June 2015 "The Last Executioner" received the Best Film and Best Screenplay Awards at Thailand's prestigious Tukkata Tong Awards -- the equivalent of the Golden Globes -- which have been given since 1958 when the King of Thailand attended the ceremonies, and they are still considered royal awards. Don was the first non-Thai to win a Tukkata Tong Award for Scriptwriting, and only the second non-Thai to win in any category in 58 years.  Don has also written for a Japanese-American television series, a Discover Channel documentary on Angkor Wat, a pilot for an American sitcom, educational programming and more. Don's creative and academic work span a broad spectrum. He has directed academic departments in the U.S., the Canary Islands, China, and Thailand; headed writing programs at Poets & Writers, Inc., the State University of New York, and the North Carolina Arts Council; produced and hosted jazz and blues radio programs in NYC; lectured on Western culture on Radio Beijing; mounted several one-person photography shows; acted in several films, and more, including a stint as a New York City taxi driver in the 1970s.
