Run Day At a Time
Hey Guys!  We're not ignoring the elephant in the room.  We actually recorded this a couple days ago before all the Coronavirus got too awfully crazy. So as weird as it is to have a show about health that doesn't even mention what's going on in the world right now, this weeks challenge is still (in our opinion) totally appropriate in our current state. We ran a little long this week.  Mostly because Ian turned into a blubbering mess while talking about his daughter, soooo enjoy!
