Lauren Minear, a singer/songwriter from upstate NY. Lauren released her debut album, Invisible Woman, in October this year with a sold-out launch show at the Red Room in Manhattan. The album explores womanhood and the role of a mother in the modern world. Lauren was inspired to make the album after having her second child just as the pandemic started and navigating the difficulties of motherhood/postpartum depression during that strange time. Lauren's story is a fascinating one; raised in Nashville, graduated from Yale, worked in Finance in NY, trained as a psychotherapist, is a mother to 2 boys, now pursuing a career in music and building real momentum.
