Suzanne是位少數從基層成功上位公司決策圈的人資主管，同時身為資方與勞方代表，每天處理公司內部老闆董事長的決定或者跟部門主管溝通，那這些大大小小決策如何有效傳達至每一位員工，同時員工也會有自己的訴求，如何上達天庭，到老闆的耳裡，這種人資很微妙的關係，很想把這方面的心得與眉眉角角跟所有的聽眾做一個分享，我希望成爲你的職場導師，也希望大家在職場上能夠少走一些彎路，並更接近自我實現。
我同時是兩個孩子的母親，所以現代媽媽所面臨的育兒挑戰，我也很希望能夠把這方面的經驗以及挫敗感分享給你。
