《拳理之外》是一個圍繞傳統武學開展的頻道，習武者除了學習武術拳理外，從「拳外之法」去領悟揣摩也是很重要的，這就是我們頻道名稱的由來，希望透過Podcast這個平台與大家在輕鬆的談話中對傳統武術能從誤解到了解、從了解到認同、從認同到參與，努力擴大我們傳武的同溫層~！由於本人所知所學所限，所以本頻道談到的傳統武術會較以北派長拳、形意拳、八卦掌、太極拳與通背拳為主，但也不以此為限，希望大家給予意見與指教，非常感謝！
