為什麼我們要叫「擔身宿舍」呢? 很簡單，因為我們都單身，但不是單身的「單」，是擔心的「擔」，因為周遭的人比我們還擔心我們！
第一季節目圍繞在潔西卡, Albee, Tanya三個人的故事與自身交友經驗上面，我們三個是住在一起的好室友，因此常常天南地北的聊！
第二季節目以潔西卡為主和更多不同的朋友一起來聊自己的故事，因此每一集可能會是不同的來賓，Albee與 Tanya也偶而會回節目中玩耍。 目前的節目是由療癒咨詢師達子老師固定客座，更深入的探討社交行為，心理狀態，自我探索等等。
