不為良相，願為良醫。 「大醫」一詞出自唐朝醫師孫思邈的著作，是指行醫者需要醫術與醫德兼備。 今天醫療人才的培養也當如此，以回應社會的需要。一連六集的半小時紀錄片「大醫之道」剖析香港醫學的敎育與現况，透過紀錄培訓、臨床工作及科研發展等實况，探討何為謂醫學精神。
