We believe that national security can only be strengthened through public participation. Our outreach programs seek to build public resilience — the ability to weather hardship and adversity — that is so critical to a nation facing security challenges that range from natural disasters to outside aggression. We train citizens in community emergency response: how to self-help, treat those who are wounded, together and assist first responders, and be responsible for their immediate surroundings. In addition, we offer personal safety and trauma first aid refresher courses for first responders. For more information, please write to us at [email protected].
