1 ــ الحيُّ الإسلامي
2 ــ الحيُّ أهل الكتاب
3 ــ الحيُّ الوثني.
ويشكل المسلمون ثلثين أو أقرب. والباقي للوثٓنيين وأهل الكتاب. أما الفرق الإسلاميّة في بوركينا فاسو. فمقسوم إلى أربعة أقسام:
1 – الطريقة التِّجانية : تأخذ الخمس في العشرة الحمٓوي وأهل الفيضة .
2 – الطريقة القادرية : تأخذ الثلاثة في العشرة يعني كُومِتّي مُسْلِمٓنْ.
3- الوهابية : تأخذ الواحد في العشرة التّيمي والسّلفِي.
