You guys are hilarious and usually resonate the knee-jerk reactions and responses I want to give. Always entertaining to hear you guys go off on people posting ridiculous things but I also walk away with nuggets along the way. You guys should definitely post monthly, if possible!

They say what most of us are thinking every day. I have never heard a woman say the C word so much. Makes me laugh so hard.

I’ve been a loyal listener for about a year and a half and thoroughly enjoy every episode. Contrary to what Lance and Holly say, I learn something every time. Our social bull$hits are entertaining, but I love listening to this duo.

I love Lance and how close he seems to be with his family – it’s really endearing. Where is Josh though? The banter between JA & LT is happy go lucky or serious but always entertaining. Holly has great perspectives given that she is the wife of a dentist and has worked more “front office” roles, but the banter with her is serious and sometimes condescending and just not what we signed up for. “Here’s the thing – you’re an idiot” is her summed up in a sentence. Which is funny and usually at least semi deserved. But it’s not a good break from the world like it used to be.

I find comfort in knowing that I am not alone in finding humor in dentistry. Making fun of myself and my colleagues who take themselves way too seriously. The honesty and self depreciation is the best. Josh and Lance are hilarious and the recent addition of Holly takes the podcast to the next level. Please keep the podcast going as long as you can!!

Did I really just hear Dr Timmerman reference a 90s britpop band Cast in an episode of this show? I cant handle it! My worlds are colliding! As a massive britpop fan, I am enthusiastically recommending this podcast! Come for the tunes, stay for the witty and occasionally useful dental advise!

Love working interferences! It’s by far the funniest dental podcast that you will find. Lance is hilarious and has been there since day 1. Holly is amazing and a great addition to the podcast. Highly recommend.

I just thought that title would get your attention. This is my favorite podcast. I have listed to every word of every episode and laugh along all the time. In our profession everyone needs a little levity. Thursday mornings are my favorite because it’s WORKING INTERFERENCES DAY (in my best Billy Madisonesque ‘Nudy Magazine Day’ voice). Keep it up guys! I laughed out loud a few times. You guys have great banter. Strangely entertaining for a topic I know nothing about. I listen to a lot of podcasts, and for me it’s just as much about the personality and entertainment value of the hosts as it is about the topics. These two are very entertaining.

Being a solo practitioner can be tough but this podcast makes me feel like all of my thoughts regarding people and practicing are warranted. Pure enjoyment. I’ve even picked up a few gems to help in practicing.

Fortunately (or unfortunately sometimes) I am a dentist, so I can relate to this podcast all too well at times. However, whether your in the dental field or not, these guys will make you laugh, usually give you a great song recommendation, and then really make you feel like family with blatant honesty. I look forward to listening to you guys every week.

Josh, great presentation yesterday in Norfolk,VA...started listening to you guys on the way home...PSA...Do NOT listen while driving, it’s impossible to laugh hysterically with your eyes open!

Always devolving and never leaving me disappointed in humanity’s ability to crowdsource answers to stupid dental questions. I highly recommend to the discerning doctor or dental professional giving this podcast a listen. Mixed in with dubious advice is much needed levity in an era where healthcare professionals can feel lost and disturbed. This podcast saved my life.

The hosts are so witty and crack me up describing some of the craziness of working in dentistry. I have to wonder if Gordon C. would ever call in to answer the questions to which he doesn’t have the answers.

Everything in my life is better after this podcast drops on Thursdays. Colors, brighter. Bonding, stronger. Extractions, elevatier. Questions, answerier. You get what I’m saying.

I am a Periosexual Dominatrix who specializes in removing class V composites with a toe knife. After a rough day of going deep on the bloody mouth of a shoeless patient, I need to unwind and relax. Since drinking while driving home is frowned upon, I use Working Interferes to take the edge off my day. Very entertaining podcast!

Easily my favorite podcast. These guys are hilarious! I like to listen to it Monday morning on my way to work. That way, my problems seem trivial in comparison to the issues of my colleagues. Informative yet snarky, the components of any great podcast. A must listen to.

Great listen after a rough day at the office. I'm just here for the good advice and since they dont give that out, I guess I'll have to keep listening until some comes along. Until then I'll just have to keep taking my "curve below the belt" injections to keep me straight.

I have been listening to this show for months and I STILL don’t know what the best cotton roll is. Pants Zimmerman and Homestar Runner are aight tho. 7/5stars.

Great podcast, First time I have ever learned some practical advice while laughing so hard I shot my coffee out my nose.

For some reason I thought it was a good idea to listen to this on the treadmill during my half marathon training. Doing sprint intervals all the while laughing is not the most attractive thing in the world, considering I usually have to pee both while running and laughing. Needless to say, Lance and Josh are hilarious. I found myself laughing as I gave post op instructions to an extraction patient yesterday based on content from the post-op. My career will never be the same after listening to this podcast. Great work!

I was really burned out on all of this holly jolly hum drum dental optimism that all of the other so-called "dental podcasts" are always promoting. All I've ever wanted is for someone to tell it like it is. Listening to Josh and Lance is like listening to the dialogue of the voice in my own head as I doubt every life decision I've ever made up to this point while I'm cutting that #15 crown prep on the 64-year-old menopausal woman who has already told me multiple times how much she hates me ("Uh yeah Janet, you've mentioned it already") and won't keep her stupid fat tongue down. And as their wisdom and derogatory eloquence reminds me just how much I hate dentistry, maybe, just maybe, I'm also able to love it a little more.

And Explicit. Finally a couple of no nonsense people who talk about stuff that happens in dentistry that is not related to dentistry. It's entertaining and provides content where many podcasts are afraid to go. Congrats Gents. #Boom

Lance and Josh are two real bros that make a fun and fantastic podcast! Worth the listen!

This is a really funny podcast for dentists. "Funny" and "dentists" are rarely used in the same sentence, but there you are. Are they politically correct? No. Do they give great advice? No. Are they funnier than most other dental podcasts? Yes. Yes they are.

Witty advice for a otherwise serious business. These gents are bringing a fresh new take on dental “issues.” I have been laughing the whole time. Keep it coming.

Just finished the 1st episode and I must say that I am impressed so far. Great combination of comedy, wit, and actual advice to those practical questions that we’re all afraid to ask. I’m now a subscriber and will see if the next episodes continue to impress. Great Job Lance and Josh
