I love listening to her podcasts!
I love that she started making daily podcasts. I find myself looking forward to listening everyday and can’t wait to hear what she is going to talk about. She shoots it straight and is real and just herself. It has been very helpful on my journey to being a better person everyday. She empowers women and is very encouraging.

Awesome.
She’s up front and not scared to share her thoughts and opinions just to satisfy the public. The audio may not be the best quality but some of her messages have helped me more than she knows. I’m glad she’s back.

O2 level
Enjoyed until I heard her talk about dangerous O2 levels with masks on. So ridiculous.

Disgusting
Super disappointed in this podcast. Spewing false information under the premise of a medical professional. Terrible advice. Terrible sources of information. Another source heading down the rabbit hole of false conspiracy theories. What a complete and total joke.

Uhm yeah no
Karen complains too much, I don’t really get anything she’s saying... she talks in circles and the cussing is a big distraction~ I don’t want to hear “s*it” and “w*f” while I’m with others.

Great listen for inspiration on self care
I’m not a person who naturally relies on being aware of their body’s response in aiding in solutions. I typically approach from a logical standpoint which is not necessarily a healthy way to live. I find this podcast helpful in understanding how to rely on intuition in combination with intellect. I get excited when a new podcast is posted! It’s usually exactly what I needed to hear :)

Awful sound quality
I don’t know if she records all episodes in her car but the episode I selected to listen to definitely was - she even talked about traffic, sirens, etc as she was recording. Super distracting and unprofessional. On top of that the audio quality was horrible. And when I saw horrible I mean ridiculously horrible. I’ve listened to other podcasts that were recorded in closets, basements, etc. but this recording took it to a new low. And in terms of the content, it was just too scattered and unorganized to even follow along. I stopped listening after less than 10 min. Would not recommend at all.

Lacks credentials
I will start out by saying I think some of the things she says in the more abstract sense definitely have motivational components to them. However I am a board certified health coach and a dietitian and from all my training it doesn’t seem her approaches are based on evidence. She gives you advice on what works for her and acts like you need to emulate her to be successful (eg texts to husband, ketones, etc). Coaching is supposed to be an exploration of specifically what works for someone else not advice. That’s what the evidence says is most effective for long term behavior change. From listening to the pod I am doubtful that is the way she does it and considering how much she charges it seems irresponsible to me.

I love these straight shots of wisdom and community in 20 minutes or less, no BS.

I want to love this podcast
I love the content I have been able to listen to. I want to love this podcast but I cannot get past the poor audio quality. I had to turn off one podcast because the car noise hurt my ears.

Thank you !!
I’m so glad I found this podcast at this exact moment!! I’ve spent the entire day listening to every episode :)

Good Content. Bad Audio
I listened to two episodes and thought the content was great, however I don’t think recording subject matter while driving in her car is the best idea. It’s not as enjoyable to listen to.

What’s the word...unprofessional?
I just listened to this woman talk in her car for 13 minutes and she didn’t really say a single thing.

Love/hate
I’ve been listening to this podcast for 3-4 years off and on. I take what I need and I live the rest. I am so happy that she’s found God and it makes me take her more serious than before. I also love her vulnerability...

So relatable
The first podcast I listened to was “lifting the fog.” It could not have hit any closer to home. My life for the last year has been a yard sale. My personal life has been hard. My work ethic has not helped the situation. I, like Dr Karen, have been working since I was eight years old. I am working on more balance in my life. Thank you for letting me know I am fairly normal. I appreciate Dr Karen’s lessons in the everyday simple things. I’ve shared this podcast with some coworkers. That is how much I value the lessons. Keep em coming sister!

Great!
This is a great podcast for me because I work in an extremely male dominated field. It’s helped me feel less isolated and has given me resources for deeper thinking.

AMAZING!
So grateful I stumbled upon this podcast! Dr. Osburn is the real deal, telling it like it is with compassion, empathy and drive! I LOVE that each podcast is under 30 min..she gets right to the point! Stating the issues, talking about and sharing realistic stratiges address each topic. I totally identify with her in so many ways. With over a zillion podcasts out there, this one is by far my favorite! Thanks doc, keep 'em coming! Trust me, folks, you won't be disappointed!

Love it!
Thank you Karen for putting out a great podcast about the struggles we face every day and keeping things real. Your podcast has really helped me put things in perspective. Keep up the great work that you do!

No.
This is like riding in the car with your grandmother who is lecturing you on ‘blah, blah, blah...’ while you respond with “uh huh” every few minutes to let her know you’re listening when really you’re just playing fruit ninja or counting trees.

Direct & Honest
Dr. Karen Osburn is direct and honest. She is straight forward in the advice she gives and uses experiences from her own life that are totally relatable. Dr. Osburn is empowering, inspiring and truthful. I love listening to her podcast on my drive to work everyday.

Confusing
I don’t think that Karen has the credentials to be giving advise to others her podcast is a wide variety of her opinions. Her podcast is basically her journal talking about her own life and her own problems and how she feels about the situation that she’s dealing with currently. It isn’t very helpful especially with all of the loud noises in the background and her consdiently calling you “sister” of her going through her everyday life. It seems as if she is just expressing her own opinion of what people should do in their life, and asking for higher ratings and subscribers.

Absolutely incredible!
This podcast has changed my entire life. I stumbled across her podcast a few months ago while I was going through some storms in life and I felt like she was speaking directly to me. All of her podcasts are real, vulnerable & encouraging. I listen everyday and I get so much encouragement and value from each episode. Highly recommend listening to everyday!

What I needed!
I just started listening about a month ago- and didn’t “fall in love” instantly, a little different language than I thought I ‘needed’ 😏... but was drawn instantly. She speaks what I need to hear. I thought about going back and listening to past episodes, but Dr Osburn states several times- it was different then- and I have just absorbed what she brings out in me at the moment. Being a woman in my 40’s there is a sense of change, but mainly empowerment, and this podcast asks the questions I need to explore who I am and who I am becoming in this next phase of life. Thank you for your time!

Too much of a superiority complex
This is difficult to listen to. This woman shares experiences from a point of view that she has it ALL figured out. She uses profanity to magnify a point that doesn’t need emphasis. I had to stop & delete this podcast. I could listen to any millennial to have the ‘insight’ she attempts to share - while getting into her car while she records, no less.

The Friend We All Want- And Should Be!
Dr. Karen Osburn is the friend in life that we all search for (and should be ourselves) but not all of us are ever able to actually find along our journey here on earth. She reminds me that it is important to surround ourselves with what matters most (and reminds us of what it is that ACTUALLY MATTERS MOST) and also that if we are to live our best lives and be our best selves we have to keep our hearts and minds open. What a breath of fresh air to get to share in the experience of such a wonderfully honest, hard working, dedicated wife and mother venturing through and into her most authentic and genuine life. Thank you for being a friend, Dr. Karen- I look forward to my time with you each podcast!

Great podcast to get you thinking!
This podcast gets me motivated every morning! It’s really helped me on my personal development journey and I know it would be so useful for other women. ❤️

Very Real
She says what’s on her mind, good stuff.

Will Change Your Life if You Let It
Karen’s message is all about figuring out who you are, what you want, why it matters and how to get it. She gives action steps in every episode and if you do the work she lays out, you can’t help but evolve. I can’t wait to see what kind of movement this turns into!

Love her Message!
I’ve been listening to Karen for over a year and recently joined the Sisterhood. I look forward to the podcast every day. There is no fluff and she is very real-love it! We need someone that will tell us like it is. Her message seems to hit home a lot and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Worst ever
Honestly the weirdest podcast. Just some woman talking a nonsense stream of consciousness in her car.

Podcast recorded in a car on her way to Target
Sounds like host is rambling incoherent in a car on her way to Target. Forget this podcast.

A guiding light
In 2016, I found myself searching through podcasts hoping to find a message of "something more". I found it in the Women Wanting More podcast and in Karen Osburn's message. The podcast is just one aspect of the coaching she offers. Little did I know that in 2 years, I would grow soooo much as a result. Karen has influenced my life through her message of empowerment, personal responsibility, trusting yourself, self-love and care, and straight up keepin' it real. I appreciate her style and the lessons she teaches by sharing her life. To me, the podcast feels like I'm visiting with a friend who helps me to grow through her experiences. I am forever grateful! Thank you, Karen. Love and appreciate YOU!!

The kick in the butt women like me really need!
She’s the mother, sister, BFF, mentor all rolled into one. She tells it like it is, no holding back. Her words will punch you in the gut but it’s exactly what you need when struggling to do it all and getting nothing done. The profanity is refreshing, feels like I’m listening to a real friend who cares enough about me to be honest.

Pretty good
I like that they are short, but half of it is her begging for stuff. She contradicts herself some from episode to episode. Generally, I learn something from each episode.

Distracted off topic messages
Gave it a shot for a while. Recording while driving in the car gives me the impression that this podcast isn’t a priority for her. Most episodes veer off topic within the first couple minutes and turn into personal story time or full out venting

Best!!
Fantastic! Needed in your life. Empowers women and motivates me to be the best me!

Yes she cusses a little and I love it
Sometimes you need someone to curse you out to help you drop the excuses a live your best life.

Freaking awesome
Dr Karen gives it to you raw and uncut. I love that she doesn’t sugarcoat it. She makes me think and want to get my stuff together. I love that she is a fighter and works on all areas of life. I love that she can be herself and not be afraid.

Finding Strength in Common Ground
I want to say firstly I appreciate everything Dr. Karen is doing for women with this movement. I stumbled across (universe willing) her podcasts one very troubling morning - I happened to start with 411 which I listen to again and again as needed. This Podcast grabbed me from the position I was sitting in feeling very alone and isolated. This one podcast made me understand that I’m not alone and as long as there is breath in my lungs I am worth fighting for all I need and want. And what I need and want might look very differently than I expected ♥️ Please try a few if the first one you listen to is not for you. No surrender No Retreat- We are worth doing the work.

ONE OF MY FAVORITES
Gift yourself a listen to this podcast. If you’re triggered, listen to more. You need it. If you laugh, listen to more. We all need more laughter in our lives. If you cry, share it with a friend and sit down, you’re in the right place. I’ve never met Karen but feel a kinship with her. She’s real, raw, and pours her heart and soul into this podcast. I’m a grateful mom, friend, coach, woman, and human. Xxxxx💙🙏🏼

No shame in wanting more
Been listening to this podcast for over a year and a half and never miss an episode. Real and raw, Dr. Karen Osburn let’s you know that it’s okay to want more, but you have to do the work. Most episodes under 20 mins. I learn something every time I listen. Yes, she swears, but if you don’t f-bomb we can’t be friends.

Love it!
Her directness is what keeps me listening... I need more of that in my life! Too many people won’t tell it like it is and how it needs to be!! I start each day listening and I feel like it sets me up for success everyday!

Karen speaks the truth
I have been listening to this podcast for close to a year. I am a strong woman who often feels lonely and this podcast has helped me embrace that trait rather than apologize for it. I appreciate the directness of Karen and the sincerity with which she wants to help others. She has helped me gain greater focus and love. Thank you Karen!

She’s not for everyone, but she’s for me
This Women Wanting More podcast is for a very special woman. There’s so much to learn here and the only way to learn is to listen to someone else’s stories. So when it hits you, when it’s something close to your life issues, when it’s something that has happened to you or needs to happen to you, then you will know it. If Dr. Karen’s style doesn’t appeal to you, switch her off and move on. This is not like reviewing toilet paper or a cheap product you buy. Everyone’s opinion of others is just that, an opinion. Take the time to listen to at least half a dozen of her podcasts. I guarantee you will learn something about yourself. Thanks Dr. Karen for all your hard work.

All About Powerful Women
I love this podcast! So refreshing hearing a powerhouse woman, be a leader for other powerhouse women! It’s definitely a part of my daily routine.

Awesome.
Such an awesome podcast. Being a young woman about to graduate college it’s a go to podcast for advice.

Daily "go to"
Her direct manner of speaking is my kind of language; I don't have time for "motivators" who beat around the bush and take a half hour to say what she says in two sentences. This podcast is a wonderful and simple daily motivation to keep me on track and FOCUSED. Some reviewers say she's TOO forward and direct, but those are likely people who don't like having to look too closely at who they are/are not, or their life situation. If that's you, you won't appreciate her. This podcast is truly helpful for women entrepreneurs who want more, as I can personally attest.

Okay but distracting.
Unfortunately I couldn’t follow easily because of lots of background noise and listening to so much road noise (blinkers & such).
