Unbearable Marrating
This podcast has promise and should be good, but the narration is absolutely awful. It’s like a robot reading a text aloud. And the way the podcasts are organized is so confusing. I gave up on it.

Grammar
But if you could possibly learn the difference between "lay" and "lie" ("laying" and "lying" etc.) you'll sound much smarter.

Infuriatingly bad audio at times

Absolutely ridiculous
Anyone with an ounce of journalistic training will cringe at the one-sided, biased reporting taking place. The interviewer makes no effort to balance her story, nor seek the actual truth. Rather, she seeks only fragments of interviews that fit her narrative. Her paranoid and unnecessarily aggressive reporting borders on slander and I’m surprised many of the professionals she maligns haven’t filed suit. In addition to the weak content, the podcast is poorly produced and the presentation style is unpalatable. 0/5 stars. Would not recommend.

Love the podcast and the PI
Listening to the podcast and the PI hearing her passion to help the people she is talking about. I want her on my side every day. Great stories and passion. This is a great podcast. Just the facts.

Heart and Soul
Without Warning Podcast always gets to the heart and soul of each case Sheila takes on. It is apparent our society needs to do better by these victims. This season’s case is so obvious a miscarriage of justice has been done by the family of Johnathan. How is this even a case?! It’s obvious what happened in that apartment. I hope justice is served soon!

You lost me at ma’am
Insinuating guilt based on manners on the phone is absolutely insane. In the south we say ma’am and sir as much as if, and or but. To assume he was faking on the call based on this is such a stretch it’s laughable.
Vegas is my fave
Thank you
Thank you for keeping us updated on the Christian Andrecchio case. I think hearing directly from the deposition was beneficial. I feel you can get a sense of peoples intentions and emotions when you listen to them directly instead of just hearing it from a transcript. I personally think these episodes are important information about the case. I think it is beneficial to keep this case in the forefront and let everyone know that it hasn’t been forgotten. I pray for the Andrecchio family, and they are in my thoughts and prayers. I can’t imagine the pain l they have endured for the past nine years. Please continue to keep us updated on the case.

Prefer Unbiased Analysis of All Sides of a Case
I’ve tried listening to the first two seasons of this podcast to give it a fair try. I prefer unbiased analysis of all sides of a case, while considering all potential theories. However, this podcast starts with perceived guilt of certain parties and relentlessly pursues it extensively from beginning to end. It quickly becomes slanted and repetitious.

How can anyone follow this?
The format is unorganized. Somehow season 5 counts the trailers as episodes and maybe skips others completely? The sound quality is terrible. In parts it sounds like a voiceover but then it ends up being in the conversation. I wanted to follow the "$47 million dollar trial" that Sheila touts but you can't even make out what the people are saying! A real disappointment for this being the 5th season. I have heard season 1 first episodes with the hosts recording in their bathrooms that are easier to listen to and follow than this! Please clean up your audio.

Whaaaat????
There is absolutely no reason to listen to these episodes lately. I’d rather read the court transcripts, so I understand what’s going on. This kid’s voice, accent whatever is so frustratingly annoying it makes me want to unsubscribe from this podcast. I appreciate what Sheila has been through and what she’s trying to do, but this is wearing me out.

Keep up the good work
I just finished episode 29. I do not give many five stars because nothing is perfect but you deserve it for what you do. Keep up the good work and thank you for what you do.
Love to Research
Love the show
Love the show, the content, Sheila’s voice, only thing I don’t care for is the episodes are not consistent. If they say they are coming every “Thursday” or any day for that matter I just feel like they should unless an absolute emergency! Love listening though!

What the what??
First, the lady talks like she’s in mud, I had to look to see if I had changed the speed to suuuuuper slooooow, but nope. Second, organize the episodes per season. I can’t figure out which episodes belong to which season and they’re all listed “crowdsourcing”. I’m so tired of podcasts thinking they’re solving cases “in real time”. I don’t care if you were an investigator, you aren’t now or you’d be investigating vs doing a podcast with “crowdsourcing” (Truth and Justice anyone?) Puke. Just take a hard pass. And I tried multiple times.

Ulterior Motives
In the end, she is about getting attention for herself and uses victims for that means. Lots of suspenseful nonsense that goes nowhere. Would be entertaining if real people weren’t involved.

Waiting
Updated again. You cannot be serious. You are a vile human being who knows the truth. Just stop it. Stop using pain of others to line your pockets you absolute troll. Updated: lowered my rating to one star. Sheila was awful before but now that she’s taken on the Christian Andreacchio suicide it’s become apparent she uses the grief of parents who can’t accept the loss of their child to line her pockets. Culpable was so one sided. Anyone with Google can tell you the real version. So now that I know how much of a charlatan Shelia is when there is actual evidence to blow Culpable out of the water, the awful work done on Lauren Agee’s Case makes sense. She’s using you Moms! Wake up. I keep listening and waiting for someone to give some actual proof that this was not an accident. It seems to be a lot of speculation on the part of the host. It’s so over the top that she sees things one way and by God that’s how it is. I actually agreed with every word the judge said about her “investigation”. And she comes back with an attitude like, can you believe this guy? Honestly, I’d like to know what happened to Lauren but you’re not going to get it from this podcast. The police investigation was abysmal. But non stop speculation is not going to bring you those answers, sadly. I gave 2 stars because the case is interesting . If you like a lot of speculation and little evidence this one is for you.

Sheila Cares About Victims
And has an amazing voice. I could (and do) listen to that soft southern drawl all night. I’m almost done with the first case about Lauren Agee, and I am grateful there are people out there who are willing to help victim’s families. It’s appalling how victims’ families are treated when their only “crime” is being related to innocent victims. Some of these officers and elected officials are disgusting.

Screaming out loud
Oh my goodness this last story about Dani supposedly killing herself is so frustrating!!! Jeff can’t keep his story straight!!! She was so young and had her whole life ahead of her … shame on you Jeff !!! God bless her family🙏

Need title continuity
I am new here and I would like to start at the beginning of a story and listen beginning to present day. It would help if the titles were all the same, i.e., the person, and then assign an episode number to that storyline, so it can be heard in reporting order by a newcomer. Then I’ll go back and listen to the in-between, non-related stories. That would help newcomers to your show.

Return to Sheila’s format
Hope you’ll return to Sheila’s original format for next season. This one has been hard to follow with numerous hosts. Also recordings of interviews are too long.

Hearsay and speculation
This isn’t a careful review of the facts, but a disorganized presentation of a bunch of hearsay and speculation. All they say is ‘why didn’t they…?’ rather than going through the facts of the case without all the speculation and hearsay. One of the worst true crime podcasts I’ve heard.
Mattnkp
The truth and nothing but the truth
When you listen to anything that is presented by Sheila Wysocki and her team, it is dependable. They fact check everything before it’s presented. This allows for real truth (good or bad) to come out. With Sheila you aren’t getting hearsay, things seen on tv, in a book, etc…. You are getting the truth and nothing but the truth.

Go back to the old way
Please go back to the way it used to be! I don’t even understand what season 4 and 5 is doing.

What happened?!?!
This podcast used to be so good! Not anymore…it’s pretty horrible. Go back to your old format!

So one sided
This is so one sided and obviously twisted to meet how she wants people to see it. As an investigator she should look at everyone , and everything. I say look into Chris yarchuk. Seems odd , how much he noticed Lauren over the day and night and who was holding whose hands with hundreds of people around in a crowd.

HATE This Season
I loved the first few seasons. Sheila super sleuthing you help grieving families was awesome. This season is just people talking about themselves. Which isn’t interesting or captivating at all. Go back to old format.

Whoa…
This is so one sided… that its painful to listen to. Think you are a good PI, but thats not the same thing as podcasting.
Total garbage!!!! This is
Seems boring
I was so into the first few seasons. Really hoping Sheila will come back with another case. Season seems blah so far.

Used to be SO GOOD
Loved this podcast until this new season. The new girl Katherine is so annoying. She’s hard to listen to. Disrespectful. Has an heir of superiority. Such a bummer. Sheila, you are so much better on your own!

What an amazing find
Sheila has passion and wants the truth. She will approach every angle to see the whole story of these horrific tragedies and cases that families have to go through and her and her team will be tremendous in working around the clock to get that truth. Without Warning podcast is excellent and very interesting. It is a podcast that you are eager for the next case or episode as you feel you want to be a part and also help find Justice

Liked but a few suggestions
I’ve only listened to season 1 about Lauren Agee and have enjoyed the podcast overall. This case is maddening and I feel truly awful for her family. The police never did basic investigation 101 stuff- it’s appalling. But to the podcast specifically- 1) way too many episodes. I think it could be condensed/combined a lot which would make it easier to listen to. We don’t even need to hear entire depositions. Having a summary narration would be helpful. 2) some of the audio quality is poor and the amount of background noise is distracting. One episode all I could hear and focus in on was the background noise. 3) as I said in #1, having more narration/explaining would be better than just playing depositions. There are many players in the case and it’s hard to remember who is who and what is going on 30 episodes later. The episodes also don’t auto play for me in order so that’s a pain. Overall I think the podcast is good but could use a few tweaks to really maximize potential.

The Best True Crime Podcast
When I think true crime and justice I think of Sheila! She puts her heart and soul into this cases and seeks not only answers but justice for families who have been wronged. She is honest and provides the facts and gives the learns real time updates on the cases.
omg- too many nicknames taken
ALL of these episodes are hard to follow…
If you don’t know the backstory, you won’t get it here. She’s also extremely biased. She’s an investigator so I’m guessing if you’re a suspect that’s why she’s already presumed you guilty. The thing is though is even when starting at episode one of a season she doesn’t really tell you what happened, you have to piece it together, then she starts accusing EVERYONE, and it’s so one-sided. I’m not even sure how she gets away with this? She takes these “suspects” lives and dissects them ruthlessly and only offers one side, it’s hard to listen to. It doesn’t seem like a fair way to podcast and frankly it should be illegal. These people aren’t actual suspects, they’re just people who may have happened to know the victim, if there even is a victim, and she will turn them into a villain in about 42 minutes!

Not well organized
Story jumps all over the place. The constant music is unnecessary and is bad enough, but it’s a short loop, over and over and over and and over and over…i am over and out.

Lost a listener
So the 1st 2 seasons were beautiful and interesting stories. They were well investigated and delivered in a professional, enjoyable podcast. The most recent season however is awful. I read another review that suggested it is Bc the Patreon audience Is getting all of the info we aren’t. Unsubscribing-

PLEASE COME FORWARD “FRIEND”! JONATHON CREWS
The truth is absolutely evident based entirely on the FACTS! It’s Obvious and takes just less than Common Sense to determine what actually took place in Jonathan’s bedroom the night he was murdered. The TRUTH will come out and IF YOU ARE LAST TO ADMIT IT, YOU WILL BE IN PRISON A LONG TIME! If you believe in God, know I am praying for Jonathan and for everyone who has wronged him to be punished.

Unorganized
While I do like this podcast, scrolling through the episode list is extremely confusing as it jumps all around from topic to topic and season to season. It’s pretty unorganized and hard to follow

Hire a writer
I’m six minutes in to the first episode and I’m gonna have to stop listening. I’m interested in the case, but who wrote this? It’s the worst written show I’ve ever heard.

Music doesn’t have to play….
…..continuously at the same volume of the person speaking in the same “mystery theme” short loop to add validity or emphasis to a podcast. Mistake number one of so many podcasters. At least vary the volume to way below that of the podcaster. It takes away from what you have to say when music plays at the same level through the entire podcast. Its called “background music” for a reason. It shouldn’t be annoying. I couldn’t finish the first narrated episode in Johnathan’s story. It’s really a shame because the content seemed good and important especially to those involved. It’s terrible to give such a bad rating based on background music especially when you know they work so hard to investigate and prepare a cast. But here it is. Maybe someone will actually read this review and take it to heart.

Season 4
I’ve enjoyed the previous seasons but this last season is missing important information regarding the specifics of the investigation. They keep saying that it wasn’t conducted properly, but they don’t go through the actual investigation. The podcast provides chunks of information in the Q and A with Pam, but it doesn’t follow a timeline. Seems like the Patreon folks have all those missing pieces because of the specific questions they ask. It is not organized and makes listening very frustrating. It’s like reading a great book with pages missing.

The ads are SO LOUD
sound quality is super quiet. I have to turn up the volume to hear it on my headphones and then my ears get blasted with ads. And use a microphone instead of a phone please. This is hard to hear. Stop putting microphones inside potato chip bags.

Sorry
I couldn’t tell whether the man who discovered Loren’s body was Lyn, or Len. For that matter, is it Loren or Lauren? Condolences to both mother & stepfather with hoping you get answers.

Hard to follow.
This case broke my heart when I first heard Eleanor Neale cover it on YouTube. I had so many questions. This podcast format is very hard to follow. The interviews and narration are great, but it’s told in such small pieces at a time with no real timeline established. The snippets of interviews are so broken up that it’s missing much needed context. The investigator is trying to highlight certain elements, but without context or more information, the relevance of those elements gets lost and it sounds like the investigator is being biased which is sad because I don’t think that’s the case necessarily. I appreciate the work everyone has put into this case and how frustrating it has been for all involved especially trying to work with law enforcement. I just wish the journey being told in this was presented well enough for me to go along with everyone. There are so many people. When were the depositions done and why? When were the other interviews conducted? What is the timeline of events and people throughout the weekend and after? Did anyone look into the number Chris called 6 times that day? I came looking for more of an understanding of the investigation. I know there are a lot of unanswered questions, but it would be great if what is known was presented in context.

Very detailed stories and you can tell she really cares about the victims. One of my favorites

Maybe
Sheila’s podcast reminds me of a footnote. Her podcasts pair along nicely with other stories revolving around the same crime. Sheila isn’t much of a story teller, I suppose that’s fair as she deems herself to be an investigator/journalist. And the information she finds is extremely detailed, but one dimensional. Instead of weaving an entire story together, Sheila focuses on aspects of a story and provides great detail on that particular aspect. Her podcast is anti-climatic on its own.

Sheila, you have a true gift with this podcast. Easy to understand, easy on my ears, flows smoothly, not a lot of loud overpowering background music to drown out the actual conversation. Thank you for this.

Her podcasts are what got me into podcasts!
I loved season 1 Lauren Agee. Season 2. Christian Andreacheao. Season 3 Katie Major. All of them were so good and I think in that order. 1,2,3. Listening to 4 so excited!!! Sheila is awesome!!!

BEST PODCAST EVER
I have been following this podcast for all four seasons so far and I haven’t ever found one that is even comparable to this show! The investigation is done so thoroughly, and I love that she includes things such as 911 calls and interviews. One of the best podcasts I have truly ever found. Will be on my listen list forever!!!!!!
