I’ve listened to Laura since her early days and the one that always stands out to me is her preparation on the topic at hand. Crypto is a very wide net and covers so much of it. I prefer the focus on Bitcoin, but I do learn from even the more esoteric projects. Quite a talented and hard working lady. Highly recommended!

Laura does a great job not only of interviewing, but also asking the questions that make the topics understandable. So many of us are passionate about crypto , but are still newbies. She does a great job of asking the simple question “What does that mean” or “explain that in more detail.”

I appreciate ‘everything-LauraShin’ for being thorough reporting delivered in a smart and simpatico style while pushing the envelope.

Ahh one of the only few crypto podcasts that are worth listening to. Laura consistency provides a well planned set of questions for her guests. Who for the most part, are relevant. It’s easy to see Laura is fit for the job. Her interest in crypto shines through in a manner than doesn’t ruin the authenticity of the show. Much unlike the official r3 podcast. The issue lies with the constant pneumonic criticisms Laura so genuinely lets slip through. For example, on the an episode whilst interviewing commissioner Perce from the SEC, Laura is always rudely expressing her discontent without so many words. The same goes for her interviews at EthDenver whilst interviewing pro crypto governors. This is a recurring theme in her interviews. She is unable to hold back her strange discontent and personal political views in times it would be more attractive to remain neutral. Poised, professional, and fit for the job, but strangely critical.

I always download Unconfirmed episodes. I listen to this smart Laura Shin lady on a weekly basis. And when my iPhone tells me my storage is full because the sheer amount of data (and there’s a lot, because she puts a lot of information into each podcast), I actually contemplate buying a new iPhone with more storage because I’m unwilling to delete a single episode. I know in the future when I recognize a topic in a conversation I’ll think “I know I heard this on Unconfirmed” and immediately scroll through my favorited episode list (every episode is favorited) and I have deleted many photos of my dogs to make room, but I upgraded to maximum icloud storage so they’re safe in the cloud.

Straightforward and easy to digest, always worth a listen and quality recording. Straightforward notes and website to accompany, a variety of guests and views. And always great to hear a female voice in a male space!

Laura is perhaps the most out of step journalist with respect to Bitcoin, short of being a full-bore nocoiner. She gladly entertains arguments and advertisements for kyc, aml, chain analysis, regulation, pathetic compliance and dubious altcoins and big-bank "blockchains". It makes one wonder, if her crypto views came to fruition, would it even be different than the system we have today? Unsubscribed.

Laura Shin has become arrogant. Her coverage of Ripple was obnoxious and her ethnocentric tone with CZ of Binance was very rude. The way she talks down to crypto industry leaders and endlessly references her past podcasts is pompous and self-serving, respectively. Be humble to your guests and listeners, Laura. Go back to your humble beginnings and I will support you.

Laura’s podcasts are no-nonsense, no-hype interviews (and the occasional listener questions) for everything crypto related. And she asks the tough questions that need to be asked! So refreshing. Can’t wait for the book. Keep up the good work!

I love her consistent, analytical, smart approach. She has saved me countless hours and I am forever grateful for that. Laura is so kind, which gets her guests to talk and she is so tough, which also gets her guests to talk. Ripple was awesome. Bottom line - REAL. If you pushed me, Id say the only thing I could do without is the bet terms episodes but she will figure out a way to make it great if they indeed do come back to discuss.

People everywhere are talking about the hottest new Crypto / Blockchain News podcast: UnConfirmed. Not really, the first episode does not air until this Friday. But I’m giving it 5 stars based on the high quality delivered by Laura Shin’s other podcast; UnChained. I’m curious if this means a former Forbes reporter will be dealing with unconfirmed news stories – how else to be relevant in such a dynamic domain? Also cannot wait for her next podcast: UnRepeatable – about the level of civil discourse on Blockchain social media. OK, that last statement was a joke, but I am looking forward to more from this podcaster.

Unchained is the most informative podcast on crypto. Am very eager to hear Laura contribute even more with this new podcast.

Laura’s already been hugely successful with Unchained and as the leading Forbes writer on cryptoassets. No one books more interesting leaders in the blockchain space and asks them harder, more thought provoking questions. She’s been blazing a trail in this space the last few years when very few top tier journalists saw crypto as a passing fad. She deserves credit for bringing the power of the blockchain to the forefront of mass media. Years from now, I will be proud to say “I listened to and met Laura Shin before this all got so big.” This should be a top new source for anyone wanting to learn about the importance of blockchain beyond the token prices. Make sure you go back and listen to her interviews in Unchained! The Vitalik interview will blow your mind.
