This is a must listen for ALL adults working with children whether I'm a school setting or otherwise.

Teachers need this information. I read that the statistics are 40% - 50% of students will experience one experience that could cause a minor or major trauma before the age of 18. I think any teacher, who has a child that they’ve struggled to teach, needs to listen to Dr. Sian Philips’ interview. The episode is called Belonging and Coregulation in the Classroom. With the knowledge she imparts as she communicates the internal experience and feelings of these children all of us can feel empathy for them. Thank you for this podcast!
