I enjoy this podcast. It is now a regular part of my morning routine. I listen to an episode everyday on my way to work. However I only gave it four stars because I would have liked to hear more interviews with successful People of color. All of the guests are predominantly Caucasian Male and a handful of Caucasian Female guests. It would be great if the podcaster bridged the gap and started interviewing more Successful people of Color. More ways to create impact. We are learning as a Americans that Representation does matter after all.

So disappointing. I was excited to listen to the interview with Bethenny Frankel and with it being only 30 mins, the interviewer had a short window to have Bethenny convey to the audience her success in business. Instead, 20 mins of the show was spent on the reality shows she appeared on. I understand touching on that but I wanted to know the nitty gritty of what made her a true success! As a fellow entrepreneur, I wanted to be left inspired and motivated and have a relatable sense with her. Instead, the whole interview was a huge flop... not on Bethenny’s fault but the interviewer and producers.

I really want to like this podcast. They get some good guests I really want to hear about. But the interviewer. The questions are like what a high school freshman media class would ask. There’s little back and forth. It’s like you can see him holding up a notecard and moving his finger along the words reading the questions his mom wrote down the night before. It’s awkward.

Love these podcasts and am grateful for their concise length and therefore how consumable they are! I can listen to one or two during my commute. Very valuable to hear from established leaders on their success and advice.

As a 17 year old getting into business, this podcast is so interesting. It would be cool if you could get Sean Miyashiro on this podcast

Have only heard a couple episodes, but so far I think this is a thoughtful and interesting show. The guests seem to be candid and honest about their failures and shortcomings, and unlike a lot of shows, the host doesn’t talk about himself too much— asks probing questions to keep the spotlight on the guest. Recommended

Melinda was a wonderful guest with strong advice and experiences but I found the interviewer to be a bit rigid and scripted. It didn’t feel like a natural interview.

Love listening to this podcast in my morning runs. Great interviews and well researched topics. Inspiring to listen to many well known public figures open up, share success, give advice, and acknowledge their life setbacks.

I heard one episode as a sample. The topic was very well researched and produced. The story was well told. I felt the voice format is based on reiterating over and over the same idea with a seemingly casual conversation, perhaps to make it memorable, but at the end it feels like a 5 minute story was told in 0 minutes. I ain’t got time for that.

Have been listening to this Podcast from a month or more. Thoroughly enjoying it. Super inspiring. Thank you and please keep up the great work!!!

I just stumbled across this podcast. The guests have been very diverse and very interesting. I share the good ones with my young daughters especially when they show how a young woman can grow in the US.

I learned about your podcast from a friend. I so love it! Here’s what I love about it 1-it’s 30 minutes!! Perfect amount of time as so many others are an hour (too long for me) 2-You interview many awesome women entrepreneurs! I am a female entrepreneur who gets inspiration from hearing others 3-You have a soothing voice! That makes such a difference to continue listening. Very happy to have come across the podcast. Look forward to listening to every interview.

The interviewers seem to enjoy teeing off on Trump, even though it’s totally unrelated to how someone became successful. They could and should just as easily ask how statist policies stifle innovation and what precious political regimes have done to curtail success. But they don’t. So leave politics out of it and ask business questions, please.

This a really great show. I always look forward to new episodes on here particularly on leadership.

I discovered this late but hooked. Wonderful interviews with some of the most successful business leaders. more amazing is the fresh new episodes every time; no repetitions unlike most other podcasts.

I used to enjoy this podcast, UNTIL you decided to invite and interview someone from a baby-killing organization. What possible insights could anybody extract from someone in the business of murdering babies???!!! Bad move, I pray many other will follow suit and delete!!!

Just wanted to thank you for hiring Rich Feloni as your new host. He is animated, genuine, and an interesting interviewer. I listened to previous episodes, but found them a bit boring even though the guests were interesting. Congrats on making this change for the better. Just listened to Nat Turner and Pete Diamandis interviews by Rich and they were really engaging.

Love it! Especially the Erika and Meagan Kelly episodes.

The conversations don’t seem particularly genuine or groundbreaking. The host of the show has an emotionless persona.

As an entrepreneur, I continuously seek wisdom from those around. The Success podcast offers a wealth of knowledge and has excellent guests all the time.

This is the only podcast that I truly enjoy looking forward to listening to. I listen to 60 minutes and Manager Tools but this one is just so awesome. I recommend anyone who strives to do well is for them to listen to this podcast.

I am late on writing this review. I love this podcast it’s my absolute favorite. It’s what motivates me in the gym and in life. The inspirational stories of the men and woman interviewed are life lessons I am very appreciative to have available on my phone. The interviewer and host “Alyson Shontell” has an easy voice to listen to, she makes the conversations relatable and enjoyable. I am constantly making screen shots and distributing the daily episode I heard, sharing it with friends and family. I think If you are looking to make it on your own as an entrepreneur, or just want tips from the people that have made it, this should be part of you MORNING ROUTINE!!!

Thoughtful, thought provoking and inspiring! The day after listening to the Megyn Kelly episode, I walked into our board meeting and proposed a meaningful policy to address sexual harassment. It is also linked to a dedicated whistleblower hotline. The proposal was unanimously approved. It is about time. The show in general makes me think about how to lead my company. I recommend it without hesitation.

I have been raped and sexually harassed many times, The differences while I'm not perfect I'm not abusive like you've been. I am glad to see these terrible men that women are standing up to taking responsibility and being punished for their bad behavior. I think you should do the same. Being a woman doesn't change the fact that you were dishonest abusive bully during your tenure at Fox. I sincerely hope you evolve into a kinder more truthful person but taking some personal responsibility would be a big step in the right direction.

Asking successful people how they gained success ignores all the unsuccessful people who acted the same way and didn’t become successful. There’s a name for this fallacy and it’s called survivorship bias. This is a podcast dedicated to furthering terrible logic.

In the journey trying to find our own way to Success, we’ll fall and certainly need inspiration, faith and strength to rise and keep going, and nothing like to hear who walked the same road and got there to tell us, IT’S POSSIBLE!

Beat and straight to the point podcast around. If you want to know the basics of how these guys built stuff without any of the BS filter, this is the podcast to listen. They’re a perfect length, 10/10 content, and Allison is really cool! Best podcast around for young entrepreneurs and big dreamers.

I stumbled across this podcast when listening to an episode on Gary V's channel and I am SO glad I did! Since coming across it yesterday, I've binge listened to so many episodes that I've lost count. The episodes themselves are the perfect length, Alyson asked the best questions that some people are too timid to ask, and the guests are simply amazing! I wish there could be new episode daily.

I really enjoy the interview story telling style. These are just great interviews with a really talented host. Not a particularly revolutionary formula, but one I LOVE! Keep em comin!

Where else can you hear LeBron James, John Brennan, and Joanna Coles in one show. Really interesting and helpful advice.

I love the insights and content however the audio seem to be lower compare to other podcast. I need to ramp it up on my car when I am listening to it.

Alyson's style is very nice, questions are right on spot. Interviews are led perfectly to form a complete well-rounded story out of every single episode.

Alyson Shontell is a great interviewer - comparable to someone like Ezra Klein or even Emily Chang. Always fascinated questions asked in earnest, with a fan rather than journalists authenticity. Interviews from founders like Carly Zakin and Danielle Weisberg, who founded the Skimm, to Gary V, who loves digital marketing, to the Tinder founder, there's a ton of Inspiring people that are good examples and sometimes bad, that make for great listening. Listen! It's my new favorite.
